Honestly out of all the furniture that we have purchased from the Modesto Ashley Furniture, today is the ONLY day that we actually experienced a smooth delivery and not one thing wrong with our furniture, thank you William and Johnathan for making the ending experience a good one because everything before it was horrible. I truly appreciate people like you so the 5 stars is for you both! What I went through to get to the end was a horrible experience that is a 1 star.Modesto Ashley furniture store is horrible at answering calls, getting things scheduled the right way and quick to sell but when you have a complaint everything gets thrown on you and the tone of voice changes. So I do not recommend go somewhere where you are appreciated as a customer.

Ashley's customer service is in need of a major overhaul. They must have tail light warranty, cause once there gone your left high and dry with defective merchandise

The customer service at Ashley was spot on. They made sure to ask if there was anything they could do to help, but gave me space and didn't pressure me into anything. The perfect balance of no pressure and accessibility! (and the furniture was exceptional as well!) (This review was for the Fresno store - I will repost it there.)

I had the most enjoyable experience at the Visalia store. Thank you Julie for all your help in getting me the best deal for my new apartment home. The living room, dining room and bedroom sets (and the TV stand), all match perfectly! Thank your Angelique and the other gentleman in the Store, I don't remember his name, but from my home town, for setting up the delivery, providing me water (it's hot out here!), and showing the greatest customer service ever! I will be back to this store! You made me feel so welcomed to my new community!
