Great doctor. Also great services. Ask about the new Blue Chair to strengthen the pelvic floor. They don't advertise this benefit but it dramatically improved my sexual performance !

Refuses to see new patients even with a referral, even if the case is urgent. This despite being listed with anthem blue cross as accepting new patients. Overall rude customer service.

I've waited years to write this review but I'm finally doing it. I saw her about 10 years ago, when I first moved to the OC. I had just lost 115 pounds prior to the move. When I went to see her, she had not bothered requesting previous medical records. She just prescribed the lowest dosage of my thyroid medicine, which I have a very severe case of hypothyroidism. She said she would not increase my medication dosage because she was worried about my heart going into cardiac arrest. I was continuing to workout and portion/eat right and I immediately started gaining weight. I gained 20 pounds at a time. I gained 80 pounds within a year. I was constantly sleepy, depressed, anxious, cold, and drained. Yet, she still refused to increase my medicine to the dosage I was on prior to seeing her. Whenever I asked for advice the only thing she would say to me was, "Eat above ground vegetables." As someone who was doing just that, it was so incredibly frustrating and discouraging. At one point she tried to blame the low dosage of medication on me, saying that she was not aware of me being on a higher dosage, even though I had already mentioned it to her several times. In the year and a half that I was seeing her, all my hard work to balance my thyroid/weight/ health went down the drain. My voice and concerns were not heard. The only thing she continously said was, eat above ground vegetables. I guess that was supposed to cure my severe hypothyroidism that almost put me into a thyroid induced coma?

Terrible treatment by appointment exchange person, office does not open when they claim they are, and be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time both on the phone and in the office, only to be told to keep calling back to try to get an appointment.

I cannot express how much I truly love Dr. Gallaher and Dr. Warner. The office staff is the best there is and makes you feel like family. A few years ago I went in to pick up an order for bloodwork. I explained I was coughing and just super tired. The office staff insisted I see the doctor that day and I am glad I did. Dr. Warner identified a nodule on my thyroid and sent me for an ultrasound. After the ultrasound and bloodwork, Dr. G confirmed her suspicions that I had cancer. She seemed genuinely concerned and hugged me, sending me off to a specialist. It turns out it was cancer and my life has been saved. I love my office visits. These doctors take the time to really listen. I know I am getting the finest care anywhere at this office!!!

This doctor (kathleen gallaher) is EXTREMELY ARROGANT and UNETHICAL towards me. She ordered some tests WITHOUT confirming with me, and her excuse was that I "needed it." Maybe I do, but the doctor need to inform me AND obtain my permission before doing so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the rudest doctor I've ever seen. She made me wait for 3 1/2 hours before I was seen and then she yelled at me, wouldn't answer my question and never once said sorry about the wait. The office doesn't know what they are doing and could care less about helping you. DO NOT SEE THIS Doctor! She and her office is horrible.

My daughter saw her for the first time yesterday and came home excited about how well it went. She really likes Dr. Gallaher and that's pretty significant because she does not like to visit any doctors.

She's very unethical. She ordered some tests without my consent and knowledge. When I spoke to her office manager, the manager kept trying to blame the billing department and my insurance. The manager said the doctor has no business relationship with the billing company. After speaking to the billing company personnel three times, they confirmed Dr. Gallaher ordered the tests and that they have had business relationships for many years. When I confronted the office manager about this, she ignored it and made another excuse saying that the tests were ordered for my own health benefits. That's not the point! The doctor has NO legal right to conduct a procedure or order tests without my consent and knowledge. Instead of owning up to it, the office manager justified Dr. Gallaher's unethical and unprofessional conduct by saying, "Those tests were ordered for your health benefits." Who pays for the tests? The doctor or me? As a patient, I have the legal right to accept or reject the doctor's recommendations. Just because she's a family physician, doesn't mean her recommendations are the best. The decision is up to me, not the doctor. Communicate clearly to the patient, and don't assume the patient will consent to anything you recommend.

Was very pleased with the service I received and the friendliness of the staff. I saw doctor Linda and she was so friendly and so courteous and caring. I had gone to the wrong office and it put me almost 40 minutes past my actual appointment time. They were nice enough to still take me in and see me in a very fast time.

Dr. Gallaher has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years. She is thorough, compassionate, friendly, concerned about your overall health, has an excellent ear/shoulder to cry on, listens to your concerns, does not rush me, comforts me when I get down on myself, and does not order unnecessary tests! I love this lady! I also appreciate the knowledge of my file that Dr. Warner has shown when I have been seen by her. She is right there with Dr. Gallaher in the compassion, listening, and concerned about your health arena. She was the first to diagnose me with a major lung issue, aspergilliosis, that eluded many other doctors. She has treated me for many bouts of pneumonia, asthma/breathing exacerbations, aspergilliosis, and whatever else I needed medical care for. The staff (Karen, Liz, Charlotte, Patricia, Samantha, Kristen, and anyone I missed) is professional, friendly, caring, compassionate and always, always helpful! Some issues could be taken care of after a chat with one of the nurses regarding my ailments. If I could, I would stay with her forever! But alas and alack, my monetary issues require me to leave her care but I hope to return as soon as I am able to! Thank you Dr. Gallaher!

Staff was friendly and professional. Wait times were reasonably quick. Dr. Gallaher answered all my questions. My husband now goes to her. I have only gone once, due to changing our insurance carrier. So far very pleased with this medical practice.
