Terrible customer service. Guy in parts department lied and said he added a military discount to my order. No discount shown see photo. Lady at cash register and guy at parts were arguing in fron of me about who puts military discount on item. This place should not be allowed to do business and should be shut down. Training couldn't help these people stay in business. Lots of lost revenue coming for them.

My experience with Jasper Auto Group, dba CarXchange and Victorville Hyundai/Mazda/Genesis has been less than stellar. My salesman Kent was great, and repeated tried to fix the screw-ups from others at the dealership but there are certain realms where he cannot help. Communication with this dealership is very poor, pointed out with an example that I had an appointment to view the car with another salesperson named Danny, who left myself and my father waiting outside in the cold for an hour while he tried to track down the vehicle I had an appointment to view. After purchasing my vehicle, a 2016 Subaru Outback, I noticed a significant issue with the infotainment system in my vehicle. I found the service bulletin for the proper repair and showed it to service advisor Marissa Harmon at an appointment, in which she stated since it was a Subaru Service Bulletin, a Subaru dealer must perform the service. With that statement, I made an appointment with Subaru of San Bernardino, who upon seeing my temp plates and registration referred me back to CarXchange to do the repair under the 3 month bumper-to-bumper warranty and the bulletin is there to advise any technician on the proper repair. CarXchange is not honoring their advertised warranty by refusing to fix my broken infotainment system. The kicker, however, is that I had my credit union reach out to me to say they never got the title to the vehicle, have been unable to get ahold of the dealer and said if I could not assist in getting it resolved soon, they would have to repossess the vehicle. I finally got through to Leah, the title clerk, after several calls. She had no record of my vehicle, but said she would look into it and call me back. It has been over a week with no communication. I have also tried getting ahold of Kent and the dealership to retrieve a license plate for another one of my vehicles from a vehicle I traded in, still on their lot. Nobody has given me a call back. I guess I should have expected this knowing the owner of this dealership, Sean Suselo, who when interviewing me to replace a good friend of mine who passed away under his employment ignored me in his lobby for an hour and 45 minutes passed the scheduled time until I volunteered to leave and asked me to come back the next day because he was busy several hours later over a phone call.

There must have been a recent change in management for the worst. The guy finalizing your service was so rude and disrespectful. Made us wait to get our car while they watched a video and got snacks to top it off. The car was sitting 10 to 15 minutes ready for pickup but he made us wait to get the key. Don't party on my time, do your job.
