Love the styles, but the clothes fall apart quickly. Stitching comes out, and have had the fabric just rip open.

I bought some pants from XCVI because I have always liked their clothing. I needed them for an upcoming trip. I ordered online, and it apparently took about two weeks before they processed the order. Now they are out of stock and they just notified me they don't have the item. I was counting on having the item for my trip. I know there are much bigger things in the world to worry about, but what's the point of going to a website, ordering something, and paying for it, if they don't even have it in stock in the first place? Just seems like a total waste of time and doesn't seem very professional to me.

This website has some great clothes yet their customer service is disgusting. I needed to return a garment and tried to reach customer service. There was not a live person I could speak with so I was given a cookie cutter recording asking me to follow prompts for the return. They required that you put your order number in the box and it wouldn't take the number. I tried this many times. They refused to call me back which was inappropriate. It's always about following the money instead of good customer service.

I purchased a Wearables Delta blouse made from a gauze-type material from their website. Following 3 wearings the fabric began to pull apart visibly in spots (center of the blouse, not at the seams) without any pulling or snags on my part. The response I received from customer service was this: "Thanks for sending over this picture of your blouse - we are sorry to hear that you are less-than satisfied with it. Sadly this is the nature of the fabric - so replacing it for you is not going to help - rather if you send it back to us we can refund you." In other words, they are stating right out that the fabric is not adequate for typical wear and there's nothing to be done about it. It's good that they offered me a refund, but I find the response to be pretty sad. It's too bad because I really liked the item, but if they are acknowledging that the materials are inferior I won't be purchasing again.

I have bought many clothing items from XCVI (off the top of my head, 6 pairs of pants and 8 tops in the last two years). I love their style, but the quality of the clothing and their customer service is very poor. On my most recent order, the pants came unsewed at the waist before I even washed them. Customer service told me to pay to ship the pants back and that they would fix them for free. If I have to pay $10 for shipping, is that free? Pants should not be falling apart during their second wearing. I have followed up two additional times, and there is no better response. If this is how they treat someone who has bought at least 14 items in the last two years, how do you think they will treat you? Spend your money somewhere else!

Their clothes are terrific, great fit. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. On a Saturday night I placed an online order, and immediately after hitting send, realized I had ordered 2 of the same item. I emailed customer service, asking for a refund before they shipped the items, and I received a YES answer immediately, with the refund and corrected order in my inbox within five minutes. ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Highly recommend this company!

I ordered a top, bottom & earrings online. I LOVE THEM ALL. The fit is beautiful, fast shipping, and the apparel is so unique it is not the standard fashions others are wearing. I would encourage anyone to order from XCVI--I do not usually give reviews, so that is how impressed I am.
