This is a great studio. I am new and I appreciate that the instructor and other students tolerate me as I am learning the practice. I feel welcome and I am excited to grow into a better student. I recommend this Studio to anyone who is looking for yoga in their life.

Sally McNally does an amazing restorative yoga class. Relaxing, zen, welcoming slow flow. She is very practiced and a fantastic instructor! I’d take this class every day if it was offered!
