I had a flat on my way to work and they were able to get me in as their first customer of the day on a Saturday. Very sweet customer service, did not try to upsell me at all and had me out of there within 30 minutes. So grateful!

Not only did I get the lowest price for fixing my tire (called or stopped by 5 others) they also had it fixed in less than 10 minutes was quoted 1.5-2 hrs at others great service and great people 10/10

Listen up, folks, I've got a severe warning: Stay away from this place! Go to a certified tire installer backed by the BBB! This is a CHOP SHOPI'm not mincing words here--this place is a total disaster. Your car's belongings, like bolts, brackets, and belts, aren't safe from vanishing mysteriously. It's like they have a theft convention going on!And the service? Oh boy, it's a nightmare. They dish out vague responses and drag their feet on simple jobs. I had a car that was supposed to take a measly two hours, but they held onto it for a whole week and dared to slap me with a $400 bill for a job that should've cost a fraction.But wait, there's more! A friend brought her Honda Element 2006 in there, and guess what? Some sneaky worker messed with her coolant hoses and power window relay behind her back.So, let me be crystal clear: Run, don't walk away from Venture Auto Clinic. You deserve better, and your car deserves better. Don't even think about going there!"

Some of the most incredible service I've ever received when getting my tires. 100% trustworthy, reliable, and very friendly. They also have the option for buying used tires, which can really help cut down the cost! As a young female, there is a tendency to either get ripped off or not be taking seriously by auto mechanics and this is not the case here at all! Thank you so much for being a wonderful local business!
