My 3 year old Mazda warranty just expired. Another service advised that left rear shock was leaking. Should replace both, cost over $500. Decided to get 2nd opinion, which directed me to Whitney's. I so appreciated how he interacted and explained the issue. They will get my business in the future.

Whitney auto is a professional ran auto body establishment. The issue was diagnosed very quickly and the repair made once confirmation was given to proceed. Darren the owner is indeed 5 start with his professionalism,knowledge and taking the time to fully explain in Laymans terms what exactly the issue is amd any other issues that you may not have been aware of. Top tier service.

I brought my car in, first time there, because the car was making a bad noise from the left front wheel. Darren took care of me, and within an hour it was fixed, for almost no money. Another mechanic could have claimed it was caused by any number of issues, and charged me much more. Am very thankful, will go back there when I need my next oil change.

Ripping ppl off. Called for diagnostic on AC $275-$300 JUST TO CHECK IS RIDICULOUS!!! Go somewhere else
