This office is embodiment and classical example of blatant hypocrisy and fake values. Edo and his uneducated, untrained and extremely untrustworthy staff implemented such a service, that drove me crazy during my every interaction with them. Don’t believe all this positive reviews - they are all ‘their people’.I moved to this country approximately three years ago, and my first policy with them was of my old 2010 Toyota Prius. Without proper explanation, these ‘agents’ provided me a minimal liability - I was unaware of terms ‘full coverage’, ‘deductible’ etc. Then, there was an accident, earlier this year. I lost my car in that crash, but due to my policy wasn’t reimbursed from insurance at all! And then, they kept that non-existed car with atop of my new purchased one for another 8 months. So I was getting charged for two cars, even after demanding numerous times to put that one out. After dozens of phone calls, they provided me with contact of my Adjusterer. She closed the case in her end.Getting back at them was ineffective at all. They kept that wrecked car till the end of my policy. The voices of employees, no matter male, or female, have the same peculiarity. The humming sound, joggling of meaningless words, they sound like an AI. You can ask them the same question even three times in a row, they answer will be the same. I aborted my policy with them, though National General offered me a coverage with discount. And they even didn’t try to point that out to me, never did nothing to keep me as a customer. I provided them the letter of termination, and they finally disappeared from my life. I am done with them, after two years of torture. At last!Verdict: Negative thousand stars. Don’t even think about touching their office door with 10 foot barge pole!PSI don’t know how to reply owner somehow else than editing this review. Just wow, guys, if you put so much energy and stamina in your service, well, your customers really would be among happiest ones in LA. To start with, my first accident wasn’t solely at my fault. As a ‘fresh off the boat’ in this case, I was overwhelmed with endless calls from insurance agents, who asked so many bizarre questions. I reached out to you guys first hand to get explanations, with simple question ‘what to do’ - well, you act accordingly. So I accept my fault to get rid of it. The second accident was a 100 % fault of other parties involved - don’t think that anyone should blame me for that. As for a third one, in DTLA, there was a jaywalking female pedestrian, who completely distracted me when I was near her. I was moving at a speed of 3-4 mph, and didn’t even realize that the car is still ‘crawling’. She slipped down the hood, sprang to her feet immediately, made a video of herself, crying that how disastrous the accident was, then turned to her usual manners - well, I feel pity for her to not starring in Hollywood movies. Honestly. I filmed her on my camera and sent those clips to insurance, who closed the case on their end. Because again, you did nothing, ‘cause - yes - you don’t care for your customers, read that out loudly! And …. Dude, that is non of your business how many reviews did I provide, alongside with how many stars I put. Mind your own concerns. As far about my writing - well, I am open for the criticism, but at least I try to sound an academic English. It is better, that mumbling over the phone, pretending to do something - that will not stand you in good stead either. So, please, stop commenting on this thread except you’re going to inform me that you’ve changed the level of your service, or (for God’s sake no, but still) filed a bankruptcy. And maybe I will come back to you againPS2. In comparison to you all, I am still working on Christmas Eve. I am a hard working migrant. Didn’t even realize it was Christmas, lol. Just when one thinks that the world is filled with crooks, one discovers that are still angels -- real life angels who are live savers. We cannot function in life without insurance. I know I used to be in insurance, and there seemed to be fewer honest agents and companies each day.1 & Only is above being just honest; they really work hard and take time with you so that those of us who have fallen on hard times are not left in the dust. A millions thanks to 1 & Only.

Best company ever. They never disappoint you they are always helpful and return your calls on time. Never once have I had a bad experience with them. They always try to get you the best prices and always email anything you need right away. The girls are excellent with customer service there. I used to deal with Ani and now I deal with Sima and each one of them have always been the best! Keep up the good work ladies ????

Service, service, service! Never having registered a car in Los Angeles before this I was expecting to spend hours at the DMV. I found 1 & Only Insurance after searching how to register a car on google. When I called 1 & Only with my questions, Edo, the owner, asked for specific information to determine the cost of transferring the title and registering the car and he said he would call me later. Not only did he call me later that day with the information, when he learned I wanted to come the next morning he rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine! Definitely not what I expected. It was a wow moment and I am still awed that he valued my business so much. He truly went above and beyond to help me get stickers on my recently purchased car. Thanks Edo! I've been telling everyone about you and your commitment to providing the best service in the Valley!

Wow. Unbelievable service. I never knew all these services could be done without lining up at the dmv. Did a bunch of the dmv paperwork. I am still amazed at how quickly everything was done. And I left with the plates and stickers.Do yourself a big favor and ask for Edo when you get in.Thank you, Edo.
