Starting a new life with a partner require some serious decision making. Also known as picking out couches. After being given the run around on another local furniture store. We decided to stop here. Mike was an amazing help very courteous and knowledgeable. Helped us get an amazing deal with delivery. He went above and beyond we are grateful for his expertise. We are looking forward to enjoying our new sectional couches. Please come and support shopping with them you will not regret it! -Brian and Lidia

Wish I read reviews about infestations before buying! I needed furniture asap due to an event. I found this place and bought 2 sets of chairs. We had to sign a paper that said "furniture is ok" before even seeing the furniture! Before we signed we asked to see the furniture, but it was in a box. The sale associate Julio said all his things are brand new so we could not open the box to see the things. Because we needed furniture, we went ahead and purchased. Fast forward to opening the boxes at home, one had a lot of what looks like animal droppings! And a lead warning on the items, this warning was not on the boxes or on any sales paper. I called the sales associate and he said if we brought back the box and all the furniture the way it was packaged in, he could exchange it (and I'm assuming sell again to another poor soul) however we already threw the box with the droppings away! So he said "can't do anything with that". Do not buy here unless you want to gamble with animal droppings or one of the other things other reviews said.

I came here looking for a couch without trying to break my bank and what I got was not a deal it was a STEAL.. For what I would have paid at LivingSpaces I walked out of here with not only my couch but 3 brand new mattresses, dining room table, chairs and they threw in a complimentary rug. Mike THANK YOU for all your help with furnishing my place, you were AWESOME. If your on a budget and looking for good quality come down and ask for Mike‼

What a nice experience I had with the purchase of my new bed at LA Furniture Center. With so many different mattress options, which was the right fit for me? As folks know, a bed is a pricey investment. But Julio (the store manager) made it easy for me to choose. Prices are fair and their huge inventory of all furnishings is impressive. Delivery and set up was quick and the 3 gentlemen movers were professional and courteous! I recommend you check out LA Furniture Center when looking for a new gem for your home too.

Had a good experience going there. The gentlemen that helped me were very kind and helpful. I went looking for new bunk beds for my kids and found the perfect ones . Plan on going back soon to get some new couches. I recommend going there. They have nice furniture and more, offer payment plans and have helpful staff.

We just bought furniture at LA furniture center and had the best experience. Julio was so friendly and he gave us the best deals! He was great and like other people said he's not pushy. He doesn't make you buy his furniture and honestly, his furniture is such great quality. He's very welcoming. We actually walked into the store before it opened and he helped us even though it wasn't open yet. We got such a good king bedroom set within our budget. Just in time for our new baby! We also used the no credit needed and don't have to pay it off till January. Thanks again Julio!

I had a really good time shopping at the LA Furniture Store! Me and my girlfriend came there with an open mind on the furniture we wanted, and we ended up getting 2 pieces of furniture. The shop had really everything we wanted and more which was a bonus. One of the employees there, Mike, was super helpful in deciding what was best for us and even got us a good deal on our furniture so I highly recommend talking to him about what you want because more than likely, he will deliver. All in all, if you're looking for good helpful service at good prices, the LA Furniture Store is your place to shop.

I bought a mattress from this store and originally everything seemed well. The mattress and box spring seemed to be fine but upon reviewing them I saw that they WERE DIRTY. I was delivered a dirty mattress and upon speaking with the staff I was given a rude tone and I was told that I would get a new mattress delivered. When the next mattress came IT WAS ALSO DIRTY. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and mad and continued to have to fight with the staff so that they could take my order seriously. I finally got a new mattress that wasn't dirty but I will never be shopping there again. I would not recommend this store.

LA Furniture Center delivered! I was on a mission to find the perfect chairs to match my kitchen table. My table is a solidly built, cappuccino wood with built-in butterfly leaf. After reading too many nightmare reviews on Amazon about poor quality, difficult assembly, uneven chair legs, etc, I decided to take a day to furniture shop the old fashioned way. I drove around the San Fernando valley visiting Living Spaces (the most expensive and worst quality), the Barn (good quality, very pricey, yet didn't quite have what I needed), and several outlet stores to no avail. My last stop was to LA Furniture Center. Mike was my sales rep (his older brother manages the store). Mike was super helpful and took his time with me. There were no chairs in-store that met my needs, but the quality of furniture I saw was top notch (and fairly priced). So he steered me to their on-line inventory. I told him my hesitation to buy online (Amazon), but he said he personally vouched for the quality of vendors they used. After scrolling thru many chair options on their big screen computer, I saw my dream chairs. Mike took time to show me comparable chairs in-store and said the company (Furniture of America) made really good quality stuff. So I pulled the trigger and ended up purchasing 4 chairs online based fully on Mike standing by their quality. Mike then sweetened the pot by giving me a 16.5% discount ($100) and threw in free delivery (local) and free assembly. That's an offer I couldn't refuse. So he put in the order and said they'd be delivered the following Saturday. The following Friday I called to confirm delivery and Mike admitted he ordered the wrong chairs (black cushions instead of ivory). Disappointed, I agreed to wait another week for the right chairs to come in. (Without this snafu, this would be a 5-star rating. Keeping it real.) The following Saturday the LA Furniture Center delivery guys worked around my busy schedule to deliver the 4 fully assembled chairs on my time. The delivery guys called me ahead of time, were prompt, had proper uniforms on, and were in and out in no time. Lastly, the chairs are perfect! Mike stood by the quality and they are easily the best quality chairs I looked at or sat on during my entire shopping expedition. Solid wood, gorgeous cappuccino finish, solidly built, no wobble in the legs, comfortable cushion (many elsewhere were not) and perfect for my table. Thanks Mike, and thanks LA Furniture Center! I'll be back.

Julio was fantastic helping us find furniture for our place. He recommended ideas and was extremely fair with his pricing. He even offered up a discount on the entire purchase since we bought several items. He scheduled a delivery of our items (which were all in stock) for the following day. I'm tired of feeling unappreciated and undervalued by the large establishments and am happy I found his store. Highly recommend.
