“The American healthcare system is poor at best. When my regular CVS pharmacy didn't have a prescribed medication because it was on back order, they didn't offer any alternative, or guidance on where to find it (?). So, I searched pharmacies on yelp and called down the list of top rated to ask if they had it in stock. Was told over the phone that they could fill the prescription within the hour here so headed over. Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar. Unexpected freebies were a great finale to an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you, 986!”

They also have prediabetes medicine and blood pressure kits. All the durable equipment I need is here, and most is paid for by my insurance. “If I could give them 10 stars I would.After getting my daughters colitis diagnosed, she needed to take an antibiotic. She was scared to take pills, and we tried to get her to swallow them for 5 hours. The next day after more trying I called Expert pharmacy. First of all, they pick up the phone. They are open early when you are in a panic. Second, the put Elaine, the pharmacist right on with me. I didn't wait even a minute. Elaine was so helpful, so empathetic, she was ready to problem solve with me. After we determined having a liquid was the only choice, she got it to us that afternoon. I was so upset and stressed and she was caring and knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else!!!!”
