Be careful when you go here. The two Indian individuals will ask people for their social security numbers and that is not a policy of metro. I've been a metro customer for more than 5 years and that is not their policy. I'm making a claim. They're trying to steal you're identity. Be Careful!!!! And they're doing it to certain people especially Latinos.

I recently visited the MetroPCS under new management. My first contact with the new owners two weeks ago was a pleasant experience; they shared that they had bought the place. However, today I had a disappointing encounter when I went in to request the removal of a service I no longer needed.
The representative who assisted me seemed annoyed by my request and instructed me to call 611 to handle it instead. I felt this was unnecessary since the change could easily be made in-store. Despite his actions implying he resolved the issue, I later called 611 to confirm, only to find out that nothing had been done.
It's crucial for new management to ensure their staff treat customers with respect and provide excellent service. I hope they address this to improve the overall customer experience.

Plain and simple..they sold me a damage phone..went in a few weeks later to see if I could get another one and I encounter a guy there that looks like a Richard Ramirez kid with the worst public,customer,and social skills ever..never going back.from what I've heard this place is about to close down..Sherman way and Sepulveda is where they treat you good..

So disappointed. Employees are only empowered to up-sell. I have not been able to reach them by the new phone they sold me.Each encounter with TMobile stores has been the same.They slam more charges each time they get a credit card.

Daniel the manager of this store was an amazing person. He was so helpful and very patient with me. I will definitely be doing everything at this store. Daniel was a wonderful experience and went out of his way for me . I recommend people go to this store.

I when to upgrade a cellphone to this store and they had a promotion that if I upgrade a cellphone I could get a alcatel tablet but for me to get back $50 rebate that they were going to send me a Email so I can fill up a form and i even gave Jonathan my Email and so they send me the form but this guy never informed me that they were going to send a text to the line that I was upgrading wish that's my mom's line so she Didn't even notice when they send the text

I purchased a $60.00 plan and a SIM card. I had my own unlocked iPhone XR. Metro cell services never worked. I had no service. Owners at this store refused to refund my money for no cell service. Owners called me derogatory racial remarks. I contacted Metro and they promised they would refund my money. NO money yet. I have filed with the BBB and with consumer affairs. These individuals will not keep my hard earned money.
