Buying a Mazda from Kevin McEneaney at Galpin Volvo was Marvalous ? I have never been treated so well, our needs heard & met by as we did by Kevin. He's the real deal. He listened to what our goals were and respected them through the Four Month process it took us to buy a Mazda after driving around for hours in different manufacturer cars he sells. Volvo, Mazda, Lincoln, and others. Check with Kevin before you buy your next car. He was so educated on the cars, available offers and if he didn't know, he'd say so & find out the answer. Yesterday was my second time purchasing a car from this location. Juan was so helpful, patient and kind during the very long (my fault) process of purchasing my new car. He did as much as he could for me, made the sale easy and I honestly had fun during the whole experience. Joe in the finance department and the women at the front desk were amazing as well! Will definitely continue coming here for cars.

Rudy was such a great partner in this experience! It was actually my first time buying a car on my own and he made it very simple and straight forward. I first came in just inquiring about a car and he wasn’t pushy and was very responsive via text which is my preferred method of contact so it worked out. Would highly recommend working with him.

First they offer a predatory interest rate for the financing price. Then, within a month of buying, one of the wheels is damaged and is unrepairable (also, they had to replace the battery of the car the day I bought it, should’ve been a red flag). The service center wouldn’t even cover the replacement for selling a vehicle to a new customer with worn out old tires that couldn’t even be fixed anymore. This place sucks and I Wish I did my due diligence before coming here. Don’t believe the other reviews, it’s as deceiving as any other car dealership.

I spoke to two different sales persons. Both Erick then Rudy really worked diligently to get my wife and I what we were looking for. Rudy was very professional and not pushy like other sales people we have had at other lots. We bought a Mazda CX5 and we are really happy with our purchase.

Have worked with galpin on three leases now and we keep coming back. This time around we turned in our 2021 cx-30 and upgraded to the 2024 cx-90 to give the growing family more room. We worked with Rudy who was great, he showed us exactly what we wanted to see, no pressure at any point and gave us the time and space to figure out how we wanted to move forward. I haven’t been to a ton of dealerships and generally prefer to buy used cars private party but every experience with galpin has been positive. The entire team has been incredibly helpful and kind in the process and in my case very patient as I was car shopping and negotiating alone with two toddlers and still managed to get things done in record time. Would confidently recommend Galpin and Rudy to anyone who is looking for a no nonsense transaction with little to no pressure to upsell. The space even though temporary, is friendly and comfortable and I truly appreciate the calm and friendly environment.

Rudy from Galpin Mazda made our car buying experience such a breeze! He was quick, honest and attentive. Wish more salespeople are like him. As for Galpin Mazda, although they’re undergoing construction, the temporary place is very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our overall experience.

After dealing with a number of other dealers and feeling pressured and misled, I really want to express my gratitude for Rocio at Galpin. The entire sales experience was so laid back, kind, and honest. We weren't even in the market for a Mazda, but their upfront pricing and amazing value completely blew away the competition. The sales floor has a couple beautiful classic Mazdas to peek at and plenty of fun stuff for kids to stay busy with. You can tell they really put effort into the customer's experience here. While I cannot speak for everyone, I would highly recommend working with Galpin based on my experience. Pilar was also wonderful to work with when deciding what works for us with the financial stuff and optional add on. No pressure, full transparency. Thanks Galpin Mazda, I finally get to zoom zoom!!!
Update: we just got our second galpin mazda today! It was another easy, no pressure, very well-informed process. I cannot recommend Galpin enough, they have been wonderful to us.
