I appreciate the care I was given, doctor and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable once I was seen. However, I initially had an issue making an appointment, and was very frustrated. They put me through to their manager, Amanda, and she helped me with my issue. I was pleased overall with the care received and will be continuing to come back for my doctors visits.

The doctors and nurses here are top notch, but I am frustrated beyond belief trying to contact the office via phone. I've never had an efficient phone experience here, it's a big time waste. I'm still sitting on hold, 15 minutes later, just trying to make an appt. AHHH!!!

Dr. J. Hymes is a very nice person and a great pain dr.However he seems totally unaware of the rudeness and carelessnes of his office staff.
I was given an appointment (3 weeks ago) for July 31st at 10.30.
Upon arrival I was told there was NO appointment by a very "could'nt care less" type of receptionist which was very annoying.
I've been treated by Dr. Hymes for over 15 years at SCOI.Over the years his office staff has become more and more careless and rude.
Such a shame that Dr.Hymes is totally unaware!!!

The girl at the front desk with the ponytail has always been unpleasant. Not just to me but in general I have never looked forward to seeing her. The doctor I used to see dr. Telusca seemed very professional and thoughtful. When she left the office I was relieved that would no longer see the ponytail girl. It's unfortunate because there's a much shorter girl that's very pleasant but rarely do you get to deal with her.
