Customer service has alot to do with this rating. There is one particular employee that since he started he has been constantly rude and aggressive with customers and stupid, works night shift. I get it you deal with all types of crazy people but you dont need to rude to the ones who are respectful. I was a regular and yes the employeed are always on their phone talking via headphones but still attend the customer well but this guy in particular wow, rude, rude, rude. Like you want to fight your customers and curse them out. I'd rather take the extra 2-3 minutes to go to the other close 7 eleven and avoid them.

Whenever I come to buy and pickup package(Amazon)here around 2:30 am, they are always closed. This is the 3rd time. The cashier said "CLEANING TIME" but he was sitting and playing with his cellphone. Some customers, cannot wait and they just leave.I thought 7-11 stores are open 24 hours.

I love coming here because it's a short walk from my house. I only wish they stocked up on more groceries. I needed butter and they don't stock it, while other 7-Elevens do. They're across the street from a neighborhood full of young families and across another street from an elementary school. Basic groceries seems like something they should focus on.Also they should deep clean the store and consider cleaning the sidewalk outside.

Probably the dirtiest unappealing 7-11 I've been to. Coffee area is completely trashed, the Parking lot full of trash, Inattentive staff, dirty floors... I've tried coming here multiple times and coffee machines aren't working or they're out of coffee for weeks at a time. I don't expect anything from 7-11 because it's 7-11... But at least TRY to clean up a LITTLE. the health department should really be called on these guys. I just bought a few snacks and they were ALL expired.

Rude people works there including the owner. I went to pick up order for ubereats and I provided the customer name to the employee and he ask me to see my phone. I refused because my phone is my personal property that ubereats doesn't provide or pay for. And merchants has ZERO right to look or touch my phone. So the employee he become rude. The owner jumped in and he said that he's the owner and I have to show my phone because he don't know if I'm gonna steal the order. I told him this is a discrimination because I'm not going to steal your order I already provided the employee with the customer name. Than he asked me to leave he's store. The owner and the employee was reported to uber and hopefully they will be suspended from the platform. They expect me to follow their policy and they didn't even follow ubereats policy. I don't work for you

Don’t cash lottery ticket here. I had a stack of tickets $400 worth. I handed it to the clerk who “scanned” them and gave me $240 instead. He was also mixing the tickets together. he tried to keep the tickets so I wouldn’t be able to check them again. So I got the tickets back from him and scanned it again. And I was right. He was trying to steal from me.
