Dissapointed. I asked them to grind off one detail on my bracelet to take off the beads from it. They did everything except grinding off this detail. I showed the picture what needs to be done (I had some doubts about their understanding, I was constantly interrupted by them while we were speaking). They fixed my lock (which was not broken at all) and charged me $20 for this. My initial request was not satisfied. They told me many things why they can’t do it, but everything was LIE. I am pretty sure they don’t understand English. At the end, I was told to go somewhere else in a rude manner. I am very sorry that I didn’t raise my voice and was too polite while listening to their excuses for not doing their job.Be prepared for not being understood at all.

Love the customer service and jewelry! We purchased our wedding rings here. This is a mom and pop shop with a knowledgeable eye for quality stones. Clocks in the shop were beautifully displayed on the walls, and the security entrance was an added "feel good" safety feature. We are very happy with our purchases, and will be getting married this year.

Been coming here for years. I'm probably not his biggest spending customer but I've been his loyal customer I lived in the neighborhood for about 12 years and I've been going to him for just minor repairs ,battery watch replacements just minor things today I went back to get one of the necklaces he fixed a week ago and he had left a little extender holes on there and he had removed the n"from the wrong side I brought it back and he wanted to charge me again and he said it's not his problem its my problem not sure why he was so rude I've never spoken to him that way and I told him why are you speaking to me this way I've never spoken to you this way before I told he was being rude !!! He just lost a customer. !!

I lost the jump ring to my necklace. As soon I walked in I was greeted by the kind lady. She went ahead and took care of me, fixing my necklace. Great service!!! These people were very kind hearted and caring.

This guy was amazing every time I go in. I took a gold chain with a messed up clasp in today, he fixed it in 20 seconds and did it for free. I’ve bought bracelets from him and had my watch fixed there. He and his wife are so awesome!!
