First time I came to this store to buy chicken wings. When I arrived at the food court ( La cosina) it was Not busy at that moment. Everyone in (La Cosina ) saw me standing there waiting to be helped, and they just
continued chatting with each other minutes later a girl who's name on the receipt shows as *Tania* just came and stood there without saying anything, so I asked for some wings, she walked away and put some fries in to fry and said it's gonna take 5min, so I said for the wings? ( mind u.. her face looked like if she was mad ) then she said oh! She started to basically throwing the wings in the bag. Her attitude towards me was super Rude. No idea of customer service. That's the reason why I will Never go back there. BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.

This comment is for the bakery. Your bread is terrible! You're making bread/pastries that look like Mexican bread. Which is fine, but where's that delicious taste of it??? Vallarta supermarket needs to hire a real baker who knows what he or she is doing. Not only that, the Vallarta brand tortilla chips are always horrible! They're flavorless, greasy, and so hard to chew that your mouth can get cuts from it! Anyone looking for tortilla chips, try the ones at Superior Market on Lankershim blvd.

I have been to many vallartas in the san fernando area but this one has the worst costumer service. stopped by on friday for some shopping since i was in the area THIS CASHIER MARLENE M does not know how to treat people. the manager should take in consideration that people like this makes not go to this store ever again.

Place smells of rotten food...
Went to get some cooked meal and the food had hairs in it as i asked for a replacement.... The cook gave me a attitude once i brought it to their attention took so long to give me my food by the time i received it it was cold

I’d give them a 5 star rate only thing I really do hate is that they close at 9pm every day. They should close at least at 10:30pm - 11pm. Other then that they are alright
