“Simon's Stereo is absolute gem of a shop! So glad I found them through Yelp and their reviews because they are just as amazing as others have talked about them! I had some troubles with my car stereo and as a girl I was a bit worried going in to ask for help since I didn't want to get taken advantage of but both Simon and his son were honest and straight up with me. They told me my stereo was done for and quoted me a great price on a new one plus labor. I had my brothers at home confirm and even talk with them after to make sure I was all set. So happy with their job that I'm looking forward to the next time I can upgrade my system more or have them do window tinting.”

“Sergey from Paul’s TV has been incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent. His wife (I believe) called me after I placed an online order for a Samsung OneConnect box in an attempt to fix my TV. She asked if I would like to speak to a tech before they sent the part out, and I took her up on the offer. I walked Sergey through all the steps I had done up to this point attempting to fix the TV. He spent 15 minutes with me and instead of taking my money for a part I wound up not needing, he offered to refund my money entirely.I’m sure I. Could’ve found the cable I did wind up needing locally. But Sergey was so great, we NEED to keep businesses like this up and running, so I purchase the cord from them and will patiently wait for it to make its way all the way from California to NY.Businesses like Paul’s TV and business owners like Sergey have always been hard to find and it’s is only getting harder and harder as the years go by.I cannot recommend Paul’s TV highly enough.Shop small! “Alan and Raymond were super helpful when no other business where could help me... I tried so many electrical and lighting stores. i told them my concerns and time restraints and they came up with a solution ++. I had a LED makeup light used for Instagram posts and seeing an artiste's face or zoom lighting that had a damaged power supply. The sales team had everything I needed as soon as I got there so I could make a quick purchase. This is an amazing store full of anything electrical including mikes for anything music and photo related. great value for money also.”

“When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

Eventually both our mics stop working and we met with magic karaoke outlets owner, Renee last night and he set us up with a great system. He was very reasonable and went above and beyond to help us out. We were up late last night singing, and our system has never sounded better. We highly recommend you using them for all your karaoke needs.”

They gave me a tour of the products that they had available at the store, and I am interested in buying their headphones and earbuds in the future. They were both welcoming and well-informed of the speakers and the quality of the items they had at the store.”
“First purchase from Rees and my first typewriter. I did quite a bit of research before selecting a typewriter I was looking for. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific typewriter I was after, but had my second pick.
I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service experience with this shop. I was called very promptly and informed the typewriter I wanted had just sold, was walked through other options, and found a different typewriter I had been interested in.
The shipping was unbelievably fast. I had my typewriter well before I expected to. The item was packed delicately a thoughtfully, which can be an issue when buying typewriters - a lot of sellers don’t know how to ship them correctly and safely.
The machine works flawlessly. I typed 4-5 pages, using every key and variant multiple times, at speed (I’m a fast typeset), and went through all the machines functions.
The case is in great shape, considering. These are older machines.
Will definitely be making purchases in the future.”
