Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. “Hubby and I went to this Office Max to inquire about printing 3 copies of a 104-page booklet. Monica was gracious and patient in the way she assisted us in getting a quote for the book. Multitasker that she seems to be, she was also trying to help another customer get his material printed. The quote was a bit expensive - $200 plus for the 3 copies, coil binding, full color and regular paper for cover and inside pages. My little issue here is for such an expensive cost, the cover should be at least a thicker paper, not regular. I’m thankful, though, for the assistance I received. Thank you, Monica! This is also a Fedex site. At this time, there is a clearance sale on some items.”
