I come to this location every single day to make a deposit on my business account at the end of our business days. They are friendly and make things quick and easy for me. Every once in awhile there is a longer line- but going to the bank basically consists of waiting in line. So it is what it is

Five stars for Janelle who was able to squeeze me in for a medallion signature the next week first thing. She made it easy and stress free, thank you!

Among one of my bank for over 40 years, had been a victim of ID theft thru ACH in several of my acts. That is the reason i opt online banking. I still consider BoA as my premier bank. Yesterday I was with a lady teller & noticed I was coughing & she offered me a bottle of water. That speak for a preferred member how they value their customers & thank you, you are an asset to BoA. Also Adrian S. is awesome. I seldom write reviews!

Bad customer service. Cannot help the client about a fraud happening in our account. We don't see any effort at all that they're for the clients. I won't go to this Bank of America. And I asked if they have a bathroom and one of the agent said no really all he has to say is sorry ma'am it's only for employees. So frustrated and disappointed. Please share this info to all your family and friends.

Needed a couple of transaction registers. Line outside was around the building. Walked inside and informed person that was all I needed. She could have easily got them and made 1 customer (me) have a good customer care experience but instead opted to provide a bad customer experience by asking me to line up and wait for who knows how long. Wells Fargo, here I come!

The lines inside are forever long you'll spend 20+ mins just waiting in line inside, that's not the wait outside. They only ever have 2 cashiers here. And to top it off if you come in with your kid and mention your brother works for BofA you'll get special treatment & get moved up to the very front of the line. They really need to work on getting another cashier in here. I get the pandemic is here and everyone is short handed, just be more courteous to those that have been waiting and not just to the ones who want special treatment.

4pm on the Thursday and you have two tellers working, WTF!!! There is 20+ people in like to talk with a teller. How do you not have enough employees working to handle your customers base. Shame on you BOFA. I expect this from a tiny credit union. Not the largest bank in Vallejo. Hire some more people!!! This is ridiculous!

This bank is so bad and the management is terrible so take some advice and move your money to another institution! Even when you have an appointment set up and confirmed in advance they still have no clue about it! Never use Claudia Contreras as your Small Business Advisor because she has no idea what she is doing!!!!!!! Done with this Bank they are absolutely horrendous!

Horrible wait. Only two tellers on a Saturday with limited hours 10am-1pm. Waited outside for 30 minutes once inside the branch another 30 min wait. Every transaction takes too long. These are not business accounts. From what I overheard while waiting in line this branch is always like this. Poor management. Completely disappointed.

Always a long line with not enough tellers. Usually a bunch of customers frustrated to the max. which makes it an unpleasant experience.

34 people in line when I waited last Monday with 2 tellers "Yikes" You would think a nation wide bank could afford paying for 3 tellers....

I hate this BofA! Every time I come here there is a long line with a wait of about 30 minutes or more! They only have 2 tellers and one is for business. One lady comes out once in a while to approve things then goes back to hiding and that's it. I'm changes banks ASAP! Argggghhhh!!!

Adrian Sy of Bank of America feel his large stature and larger head feels he knows better than his customer even if they insist on what they need. I went into the bank to get a replacement card last week I told him I was traveling and needed my new card as soon as possible b/c I had a rental car and hotel to pay for once I landed. He insisted I didn't need my card with my name on it (b/c he probably moonlights as a rental car agent idk) I told him I've never done that before and would prefer to have my actual card. He charged me $5 for the new card and they proceeded to send out my new card via refusal mail b/c he felt he knew better than me. Now I am in Dallas stranded with no rental car or hotel. Thanks Bank of America, PS I hope Adrian catches a flat tire every 43 days for the rest of his life, his large head never reduce in size, and his phone screen cracks through the case atleast twice a year. Ameen

The WORST BofA you can possibly find. Never enough tellers and customer service is completely nonexistent. "Managers" - the snotty people sitting in the back behind tellers - would not even help at all. Good luck depositing or doing a teller transaction -- it'll likely take you an hour to do that. And God forbid you have to do something else (ex. Access your deposit box or need to talk to someone for help) and you'll be met with such arrogance and lack of customer service. I bank with BofA cause I've been with them for so many years and they're convenient...but this hell hole is the shittiest place. Ever. The only decent people here are the relationship managers...and that's where the 1-star goes. Any BofA employee here that wants to dispute this rating -- have at it. I dare you to prove me wrong.
