I came here to get the motor on my driver side window replaced. They did the repair then a few days later I go to open my door and it won’t open from the inside. I take my car back and they try to fix it but are unable to and they say they need the order the part and they’ll call me when it comes in. They call I go and it’s still not the right part, I drove from Oakland to Vallejo 4 times and eventually they never called me again saying they had finally gotten the right part. I was very disappointed with the customer service after reading previous reviews. I definitely won’t be taking my vehicle there ever again.

Great service . Scheduled an appointment with Benny, said the job would take about an hour… he got it done in 20 minutes. Great service and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend

Excellent, CUSTOMER SERVICE and greatly appreciate this shop and would highly recommend others to come here for any repair needed for their vehicles. Not only did they worked and fix my car but the owner Adrian (spelling) helped me cosmetically fix my key fob, which was wrapped up with black tape like a mummy. While i was waiting. Someone came into the shop delivering something. It was a battery for my key fob. He ordered while fixing the key fob. OMG who does that?!. Now that's customer service that a lot of businesses are lacking. And, the battery was on the house:) Thank you for all you do!!! Gotta mention Benny too.

Great customer service. I believe the gentleman's name is Benny. He was extremely informative on a repair that I needed and was able to give me a couple of programs that they accept for financial help! Amazing.

Pedí un cambio de aceite e Hicieron que fuera hasta una tienda en específico a comprar allí el aceite y el filtro para el motor de mi carro, cuando regresé con los productos para que me hicieran el cambio si respuesta fue que no podían hacer el cambio a gente latina. Me aparece loas absurdo que haya podido escuchar aquí en Vallejo!!!

Honestly these guys were friendly and fast.Brought my truck in to get flowmaster mufflers installed. They had them in stock, their prices were good compared to 4 other places I called, and they had the cut off pipes I wanted. They told me come back in an hour and a half and my truck sounded amazing. Friendly service, honest prices and good customer service.
