Although Jorge (the owner) is a kind man the service I received from his shop on the last 2 vehicles has literally been the worst situation I've ever been in with a shop! First the ford flex my wife brought to him to fix a leak he took weeks to fix(this was over a year ago) we get the ford back and it's leaking still... we take it back he then has it for almost a month(he did fix the leak to his credit). Next I brought in my Yukon to get oil leak fixed and upgrade my transmission in early May 2022 in which he said it would take at longest 6weeks. as I live and breath today November 18 2022 he has only finished the oil leak and the only times I was communicated about any updates are when I reached out to him... he still hasn't finished my truck 6 months later then when I spoke to him he told me he has to order a complete unit... as if I paid for him to tinker with my transmission I paid him for an upgraded transmission in which he told me it would take about 2 weeks for the transmission to come in(clearly he lied) because what he was actually doing is rebuilding my transmission instead of just buying and swapping the upgrade for the old!!! I'm currently sitting here waiting til next Thursday for him to assemble my old transmission and put it back the way it was... I LITERALLY WASTED 6 months for a oil leak to get fixed because that's all he got done! I've never heard some many excuses from anyone, he even sent my truck to the dealership to finish his work and still had to reorder complete unit smh... where I come from if you pay for services they are to be completed in a timely fashion with communication as to why time frame cannot be met! I do not recommend anyone coming here until he clears his work load to start fresh and really dials in on communication and customer service. THE PROBLEMS YOUR BUSINESS HAS ARE OF NO CONCERN TO THE CUSTOMER... IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE SAID AGREED SERVICE IN TIMELY FASHION IT IS BETTER TO COMMUNICATE AND CUT YOUR LOSSES RATHER THAN STRING CUSTOMER ALONG... I REPEAT IVE BEEN WAITING 6 MONTHS AND COUNTING FOR MY TRUCK(4.5 MONTHS IF YOU ACCOUNT FOR THE INITIAL 6 WEEK ESTIMATED TIME)... When I do receive my truck I will report again the condition of the service!

Great Shop! Very organized and clean for being an Auto repairJorge who I believe is the owner was very professional and he has great customer service.I will recommend this place to everyone, why go the dealer and spend thousands of dollars, at this shop they had the lates & newest service equipment.I'm a very happy and satisfied customer

Omar was very a very nice guy ,he ran into a couple problems installing my CV axel for my Subaru and right away was able to find out what part was missing and drove out to get the seal to and finish the installation.I highly recommend!

Not happy with trying to go there. No room for my vehicle so I had to take it home and tow it next day very inconvenient. None of the vehilooled like they moved in garage for weeks.
