The girls here are so busy chatting that as a customer you have to wait to get their attention and then as a customer - please check your stuff for security tags, the employees certainly won't! I've also had the employees friends cut in line in front of me.

Fantastic store with amazing employees. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by a young workers who welcomed me into the store. Sasha, Sam, and Golden all made me feel very welcomed and went out of their way to get me sizes and signed me up for rewards. Great store and amazing employees. Will definitely be returning!

This was my first time visiting this location. My daughter was shopping for jeans but unfortunately they didn't have a big selection available. It is a pretty small store compared to the Santa Monica or Pasadena locations. Employees seemed a bit unhappy to be working here. No one greeted us, not that it's really needed.... But kids working here just looked like they were bored and wanted to get their day over with. The store was clean and organized just very small. I would have to say that I would not return to this location.

I had the greatest pleasure shopping here; the store is well kept and well organized. The employees were friendly and made me feel like family. Sasha was very patient with me during checkout when I couldn't get my card to work. Fabulous team. Never change!

I was paying with a gift card and the associate Sasha manage to peal of the PIN number so now I basically lost all of the balance on there and the manager name "golden "told me that she will fix the problem but she just left to hide in the back with Sasha and I was left asking for them at the register and whenever I asked for them the rest of the employees would say they were not coming back to the register

Literally just walked around the whole store for 20 mins and the young kids working there were just chatting and laughing and never even looked up to even say hi. Forget asking if I needed help like you should with a customer, but I couldn't even get a hi. When I was walking out one of them looked up at me and I smiled and he just looked back at his coworkers and continued laughing and joking around. N yes, the 3 of them worked there and were closing the store it seems since it was about 7:30. Just sad.

I had a mishap and needed an item exchange, Chelsea and everyone at this store is super nice and I will definitely come back to shop here.

I stopped in and was immediately greeted by Chelsea the Assistant manager! My daughter had called and said she left an item on hold and would like if I bring in a different item for an exchange. I let Chelsea know who happened to be working on something different; I didn't want to be a bother... she immediately took me over to the register and spoke to Julianne they instantly located the item and took care of the exchange. The dynamic between the two coworkers was fantastic! Chelsea is always professional and delivers above and beyond expectations when it comes to customer service! I was pleasantly surprised at how eager she was to help me out. Chelsea has the most beautiful smile and is always working somewhere around the store! She is a very loyal and dedicated employee. I also want to mention because of her incredible listening skills and advice I was able to retrieve an offer from my email to receive additional savings! It is advice like that will keep customers like me coming back. Thank you Chelsea and Julianne! We feel that the both of you should be recognized for incredible customer service and support! Employee like you are priceless! Thanks for providing me with exceptional customer service! Keep up the fantastic work!

Super clean and lovely store. Nice employees and great selection. Also this mall has free easing parking out front.
