The actual food mart is NOT open from 11PM-5AM. It actually says on the door “open 24/7” with another sign on the opposite side of the doors say “inside of store is closed from 11PM-5AM” - I updated the hours but I’m sure it will get rejected. FOOD MART IS NOT 24/7. Also, the car wash WILL leave brown scratches down the side of the car, I was stupid enough to use a second time without thinking several weeks later and got the same brown scratches.

For some reason, people always run out of gas here and ask to fill up. It's puzzling it never happens anywhere else. And they happen to all drive here but don't have venmo zelle or their ID

Just used my card for the gas $27.67 outside the pump I got charged 4 times $27.67, be very careful with this gas station

False/Unclear Advertising they have a giant sign saying they will give you a discount on gas if you get a Car Wash. I get my Car Wash, pull into the Gas Pump, and walk inside for my discount only to be told "I can't do it separately." You're a company I should be able to obtain the services I need in the order I feel fit without any hassle. I want my money back and for you to get it together.

Went to the gas station to use the drive-through car wash. Signs posted say $.30 off per gallon if you get a car wash. After the car wash I went inside to get $40 worth of gas and I showed them my receipt to take advantage of the 30 cents off per gallon. I was told I had to purchase the gas and car wash at the same time before the car wash in order to get the discount. I was going to buy the gas and candy and a couple scratchers but I canceled all of my additional purchases. I find that very ridiculous that they were unable to make the discount apply even with the receipt I showed them. The guy at the front counter almost seemed offended that I tried to do it that way and treated me like I was an idiot. All I did was say thank you and goodbye. I will never go to this shell gas station again. And I passed by that gas station 4-5 times a week.

Employee Pashma extremely rude and discourteous. A customer ,an ELDERLY LADY, asked to use the restroom. The customer was given a receipt and told to use the code . She was not told where the code was and publicly asked for help because she didn't have her glasses while doing the "I gotta pee "dance. Pashma offered no assistance and yelled NEXT to the next customer. The lady was about to have an accident in a public setting and still no assistance was offered by the employee. I assisted the elderly lady to enter the restroom. Waited for Pashma to process my lottery number when she gave it back to me and said if I don't know how to fill it out correctly don't play or use quick pick. Asked for the manager and was told no one is there only her. Hope the manager will be made aware of this stellar employee and her particular spin on customer service.

Despite buying fuel, I got denied air and water at the machine outside which according to California law is free with purchase.

Got denied air/water with fuel purchase! So much for California law at this gas station. They purposely don't have the sticker displaying the California law on the machine either because they are attempting to deceive tourists.

Fuel prices are good, everything works fine, they have a good variety of things to buy and other stores to go to.
