The lack of communication and unprofessionalism of the front office staff is awful. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The Tech that did my Mammogram is professional and kind. She has done previous mammograms for me as well. The front office person was very brusque to say the least!

The lady that performed my test was great. She did not hurt me at all. The machine did break, but they were able to fix it.

Once i got into the office, things wrnt quick and smooth. Getting there was an issue. Made the appointment several weeks in advance. Received several confirmation emails and texts. Each one showed an appointment 10 minutes later. Day before I finally called to verify the time and they told me it was 50 minutes later than i originally made. Nobody knews why the system changed it. That’s when I showed up.

Unfortunately the doctor was held up in traffic, so my appointment was delayed about 45 minutes. However, receptionist shared this information, which was helpful. Once the CT SCAN began, everything was courteous, professional, and quick.
