Really a poor experience I just had here. I have shopped there all the time before this experience and will never go back. I received two hats for my Birthday and they were too small. I tried to exchange the same exact hats for a size that fits. I also had another $150 dollars worth of merchandise that I wanted to buy. The owner told me that it was an absolute no because it was longer than 15 days. Which it was 20 days past when they were purchased but 5 days after they were given to me. Now I have 120 dollars worth of hats that I can't wear. The owner could of done the right thing and exchanged the hats. Do not buy gifts here. It is a shame that she would not do the right thing for the customer. I will never patronize this establishment again. Awful.

Customer service could be improved significantly. I shouldn't feel like I am asking a d*** question. I understand that we all have overhead to pay. I would have purchased everything in my hands but the lady was rude. I walked out and made purchase at the other sports store. The guy was way nicer and talked to us.

Bummer they don’t take returns! I also broke a cup literally right after I bought it and there was nothing they could do ? otherwise, great customer service

This is the cleanest and most organized store I have been in by far! Not only is the store so enjoyable to shop in but they have the best customer service by far and they genuinely seem like they’re happy to help me! Will definitely be coming back!

Went to ask a few questions about jerseys and returns. The guy seemed like I was bothering him and as if it was an inconvenience for him. Will be shopping online better.

How do I start !! If I could give 10 stars I would What an amazing store !!! So happy I found this store , they had everything I wanted and the service I received will gladly be remembered and recommend to all my family and friends !!! I having nothing but great things to say about this store happy they are in mall they are a great fit to all the sports shoppers near and far !!! I bought me a jersey at a great price and they also ordered another one that I wanted !!! Thank you my Christmas was complete ....

This is the best place by far I have been too! The customer service is excellent and extremely helpful! I will continue to shop there ! I love how organized the store is and very clean ! They have cool items and all the Jerseys you could ever want ! And if they don’t have it they will order it for you !!! Keep up the great work happy to have you !!!

I was looking at a broncos hat and I took the sticker off a hat by accident so I decided to buy the hat. Even though I was still gonna buy the hat, the worker there started giving me a attitude and mumbled something to me when I left the store.
