My sister sent me flowers for my birthday and I was gone when they tried to deliver called them upon my return (same day a few hours later)and was told sorry they wouldn’t be coming back to Fairfield until the next day. So I waited until late morning and received the flowers on Wednesday, the picture was taken Saturday. I would think that an arrangement should last more than 4 or 5 days. Very disappointed with the floral industry as a whole these days, I guess I will need to find another form of gift giving. I shared this as I would be interested in knowing this information.

I placed an order for flowers the week of Mother’s Day. The lady on the phone said she couldn’t take my payment but somebody there would call me back. I never got a call back so I called a few days later. The lady that took that call got snotty with me and blamed me for it. I am now high and dry on Mother’s Day and they were so rude about it.
Never again will I spend a dime there.

Shout out to Shelley for the great service. I asked for a particular arrangement that is hard to come by at this time of year, but she made a few calls and found what I needed, then called me right back with the good news. Price was reasonable and now my wife will have a great birthday with her favorite arrangement!

My brother had surgery at Kaiser in Vacaville and most of the family lives in Sonoma County. He had been in the hospital almost two weeks and we had no idea when he would be discharged to rehab. I ordered the flowers to be delivered the following day and on that following day we found out that that afternoon at 2:00 pm he would be moved to rehab in Vallejo. I called Stems and they assured me that they would be delivered before 2:00. The driver sent me a photo and assured me that he would make the delivery in time. As promised, the flowers were delivered, the driver sent me a text to that affect and my brother was thrilled. The staff was great and the flowers beautiful.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while; I walked in a few months ago to put in a last-minute request for a bouquet of flowers for my neighbor, whom I had just learned had a loved one pass. They were very kind and quick to whip a beautiful arrangement together, right then and there, and it absolutely made all the difference in the world.

I am extremely disappointed with Stems Florist. I ordered flowers from Teleflora, who then contracted with Stems to create and deliver the arrangement. This was a surprise for my best friends 50th birthday. Since it was a very special birthday, I ordered a large beautiful bouquet. What my friend was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered (see photos). I was extremely embarrassed she though that was the arrangement I chose for her birthday flowers. You should not contract with companies if you cannot deliver the product ordered. I would not recommend using Stems.

We have the distinct pleasure to work with Stems Florist for my daughter’s wedding. Caryn and the staff at Stems were fantastic. They worked with our budget, cater to our needs, and made a beautiful floral presentation for the wedding. The price and service or fantastic. I would highly recommend Stems to all my friends and family.

When my mom passed away, I received two different floral arrangements from Stems. My son was there when the one he purchased arrived, he said it did not remotely resemble what he ordered. He said the one he ordered was subdued colors and it included an angel. This is what we got. The purple were already wilted. Upon examining the arrangements, I discovered some of the stems were cut too short and we're without water. The second arrangement came to the chapel, it looked fine from afar, however upon examining it, I discovered the same problem, some flowers were dead, because again they were not attached to the florist block that provides water. A simple quality control problem. See the pictures below.

The Best florist around, by far! I've gotten my flowers there for years and they have always been beautiful and appreciated by the people that they have brought joy to :-) This is the last bouquet for my daughter's B-Day
