Everyone that worked at Vans treated us great. Got help from several different associates. Ended up buying four pairs of shoes and two hats. Only went to Vans for one pair that my puppy chewed up. They were brand new. Thanks to everyone who made our shopping experience awesome. Prices are what they are. But I did get some great deals as they had hats and shoe deals.”

Came in to check the shoes and found the ones I had ordered a few days earlier, but they were marked off an extra 70%! At the register, the kind worker, mentioned how I could go about canceling my online order (while it's in route to me I couldn't cancel but once it arrives in store I can call to cancel the order and get a refund). Once it was time to pay to my surprise the heels were an extra $25% off...basically free! Gotta love the Rack!”

“I like Cole Haan shoes. It is comfortable and durable. I have always check out their stores, outlets, or when I see them in the department stores. But this review is for this outlet store in Vacaville. This outlet store has more open spaces than most of the other Cole Haan outlet stores in the other outlet mall. I have found more seating available for shoes tryout and I like the layout of this store. This one is wider than a lot of the other Cole Haan stores which are very deep and dividing by multiple sections. This store in Vacaville is all opened in one big area with the cashier counter right in the center of the store. I don't have an oppressive feeling when I'm shopping in this store. The employees here are also more attentive and friendly. They will take the initiative to help. The last good thing about this store is they appear to have more sizes available. I can found my size a little easier here. I have a good shopping experience in the store.”

“I was just at Merrell at 6pm on March 26. What great service by the two gentlemen that helped me and my fiancé in the store! I came in looking for more comfortable shoes since I've been having foot pain. The first employee was quick to suggest shoes after he fitted me for the insoles. I left with a new pair of comfortable shoes and the insoles. I presented a coupon but it turned out to be for online only. The second employee went ahead and honored it anyways and saved me some money. Great customer service: helpful, personable, and professional. I'll definitely be back.”
“June 12, 2023: I sorely needed reliable gardening shoes; my old Croc, black Mary Janes' soles were wearing out with little traction left! Ironically, in 2021 AND 2022, I visited Maui, Big Island, and Oahu's Croc Stores hoping I would find a pair of Mary Janes; however, no such shoe exists in the Crocs' Hawaiian Island Stores, i.e., only slippers--flip flop sandals and platform sandals for walking on sand . . . Nothing else--that's all the Hawaiian Stores had in their inventory in Crocs' Fall 2022 Inventory . . . So disappointing not finding what I want and what I needed because I bought the black Mary Janes in Maui at either Kahului Mall or Maui Whaler's Village Croc Store in 2006!Regardless, I should have purchased two pairs of Mary Janes at either the Crocs at Kahului Mall or Maui Whaler's Village Croc Store but, I took for granted either Crocs Store would always keep the Mary Janes as an integral part of their staple inventory--how wrong I truly forecasted their future staple inventory! Waaaah~Welp~Anyway, these futuristic beige Crocs I purchased will do just fine for gardening; I have no intentions wearing them for going out anywhere--they are egregiously horrifically ugly and not stylish . . . The beige pair reminds me of Danish clogs . . . Welp~Honestly, Clodhoppers!BTW: Surprisingly, the beige clodhoppers' size according to the Crocs Rep recommended I should wear are Junior 3's because I tried other adult sizes and the other sizes were too gargantuan in length, i.e., skis, aka, SLEDS! So, forget trying to wear adult sizes when wearing these beige clogs--the sizes are like day and night. Oh, well~I'll wear horrifically ugly gardening shoes but, I seriously don't care!”

“This place has the best deal on shoes. All their shoes are out so there is no guess work. I have 4 kids and once I found this place I will never go anywhere else for shoes. I save at least $100 to $200 buying myself and kids shoes, and I am happy with the shoes every time. Also if that isn't enough savings they give you coupons for next visit. “Visited the store yesterday, Sunday. The staff were very helpful. My wife has small feet and therefore they were out of her size in the models she wanted. The staff searched the store for inventory and then online. They were able to order a couple pairs of shoes for her and we should get them shipped to us in a week or so. “The store is an outlet so it really is hit or miss on what you find, but DAMN did it have an insane sale this past Memorial Day weekend. Any 7+ items for 70% off your total purchase is wild—ANY item. Got a bunch of winter and cold weather gear ready. Sometimes the sales are good, sometimes it's decent, but it really just depends on the promo. Employees were nice tho, and considering it's an outlet, it's less messier than I expected”

“This shoe palace has a variety of items. When I walked in there was lots of clothing and it was an open floor plan. It’s very cold inside since they have the AC on blast so if you cool down, this is a great place to come. But if you want to get help, this is not the best place to come. I guess it’s because the items are so desirable and they pretty much sell them selves that the employees don’t feel the need to work. we actually had to ask the Employee if they even work there even though I saw shoe Palace on their shirt they didn’t seem interested in getting our shoe but did anyway my daughter loves her shoes so we bought them because it was a good price and she really liked the shoe and to be honest with you. We are actually kind of used to the service in the city where there’s lots of people there was not a lot of people at this location. Would I come back… not for me, but probably for my daughter and it’s right by the Tesla supercharger so it’s a nice little stop to get some free ac! A hello or a thank you next time would be nice.”
