“This review is specifically for an employee. I was shopping with my disabled husband, which is difficult enough. Long story short, I was trying to get a heavy bottle (4 gallons I believe) into my car while dealing with my husband. The bottle broke and water was leaking. I was going to leave it behind and drive away. Rafaela saw my struggle. She told me to wait in my car and she would be right back with a new bottle. Her kindness almost made me cry. She went completely out of her way to take care of me. I'm only sorry that I couldn't tell her just how much her kindness was appreciated. All I could do was say Thank you.”

“I was always team Costco and never looked Sam's way. But over a year ago, it was by chance of a discount membership through work that I became a Sam's member. After my year membership, I was absolutely happy to renew. Sam's offers a variety of everything! Candy, snacks, wines, drinks, dairy, meats...you name it! I love their easy app check out (minus alcohol because you need to be carded!). I can get lost here for hours with no complaints. My experience with the gas lines have been pleasant. I am appreciative that the lines go in one direction ( enter and exit). You can use your app to scan and pay. It's #thankyouThursday and I wanted to shout out Sam's club for the awesome prices, great service and selection! We will continue to be members for years to come.”

There were many items that I saw at this location that I have not seen at the Concord location (which is the one I go to since it's the closest). It was enjoyable stocking up and completing my shopping list. Associates were friendly. This place could have been five stars, but minus a star for cleanliness. There were many areas that looked scuffed (dirty) like the walls by the entrance and exit AND the bathrooms. Oh boy! Stalls that didn't close in the women's bathroom, broken soap dispensers, dispensers that didn't have soap, no towels to dry your hands and toilet paper scattered on the floor. Ugh”

“This location is great. I close and easy to get to. When you don't need clothes or anything but you need the essentials and food. They have it. Stuff here is cheaper than a lot of places and I shop everywhere, Winco, Safeway, Costco, Target and stuff. I especially like when things go on roll back and clearance. Be aware they close at 1000 for sure and lock one side of the doors around 9. But it's better for groceries than the big Walmart.”

I went for some late night grocery shopping and normally they won't have a lot in stock but this time they did and everything was super fresh!!! I went to self check out however I had to get rung up by an employee off to the side since I had alcohol. He was extremely sweet and even rung up my other groceries (which normally they won't) and had another employee help out to make the process quicker. I forgot his name but he was amazing I can't get over it! I wish I could hire him at my job because the customer service was 100% THERE! (10/13/23 checked out at 9:54 :) )”
