This is my favorite smoke shop! A real small mom and pop, family owned and orientated business. Everyone here is always so kind and friendly when I visit. Please stop by to check it out whenever you get a chance, you won’t regret it!

A gem of a shop, this store has a wide variety wide variety of highly curated products. Affordable yet high quality glass, a wide variety of smoking accessories and a friendly, welcoming environment.Howard, the gentleman I always see behind the counter is friendly, courteous, knowledgable and proactive. He goes the extra mile to not just answer your questions, but also to understand your needs as a customer and recommend you the best products / tips for what your needs are. In a world where customer service is becoming increasingly lackluster and forgettable, Up in Smoke and Howard know how to do customer the right, old fashioned way.

So, I don’t go to smoke shops very often at all but was needing to make a purchase so I called a few places and out of all the places this place was willing to take the time with me over the phone. I spoke to Howard. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time with me to school me down on a product. If I’m gonna spend my money then the least a business can do is spend time educating customers and Howard didn’t fall short, he exceeded my expectations. I have many smoke shops near me but I’d go back to Up in Smoke shop again. If you’re in need to going to a smoke shop and you’re in the area definitely go pay Howard a visit, he gives exceptional service. Great a job Howard! ??

Howard was great at curating the best items I needed. Got me a baby yoda pipe which is just amazing piece of glass! Then also got me a Santa Cruz grinder that works amazing. With grinders it is hard to get the top on and spin without getting stuck. This grinder was exactly what I was looking for. Howard thanks for being customer focused and listening for what I was looking for. Definitely be coming here soon again for maybe a water pipe. Thanks Howard

Shop is bright and clean and has an amazing selection. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush anyone in/out. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
