My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Teresa. We really loved working with her. We ended up doing a conventional loan and she always went above and beyond on explaining every little detail. Home buying can be extremely overwhelming, but she was always there to answer every question and concern we had. If we ever decide to purchase another home we will definitely go back to TDR. Teresa is AMAZING! Teresa and her team really worked their magic to get us a conventional loan, at super competitive rates, in Moreno Valley. She will explore every option avail to make sure you get the best rate possible. She also sends video recaps covering every step of the process which we found very helpful. Teresa and her team helped me navigate the process of my Upland condo purchase from start to finish. The seller's agent was extremely difficult to work with and she navigated the negotiation process like the professional she is. She made sure I got the best deal available on my loan in this crazy market. She made me feel like I was her only client; always available to answer any questions and she set my mind at ease when things became stressful. She kept all parties involved on track all the time. Even with some unexpected complications beyond our control that could have killed the entire deal, she still managed to achieve a closing date only a few days beyond our original plan. We had a tricky situation as both my husband and I are self employed and needed to refinance to pay off the personal loan we were in with our home. After a couple of failed attempts we were referred to Teresa and her team as someone who could help us with our different issues, I.e.; taxes, legality, income, to name a few. Not only did Teresa get our loan approved but she also pretty much held our hand every step of the way. She was in constant communication throughout the whole process which greatly lowered our anxiety and put us at ease in a stressful situation. Non responsive. Tried contacting her months ago because I was interested in buying a home. I used her Instagram which is where she advertises. I left a comment she may have missed my message in her request box however she just deleted my comment and never responded, super unprofessional.
