Listen yall, if you want good tasting water( This is the spot) ok not only the water, the Ice is the best in town hands down, If you like ice like I do get you a bag. The Man that owns the store is very nice always trying to please his customers.

We moved to Upland last year and needed to find a good place to fill our water bottles. We would bounce between Sprouts and Albertsons and would just fill 1 at a time, no biggy.I’m not kidding when I say at least 5x while we were filling our bottles, someone would walk up and say, “oh there’s a really good spot down the street that you HAVE TO TRY “.Well after hearing about all the hype a damn water store had, we decided, what the heck, let’s try it.Well now I’m passing it forward and telling you that there’s a damn good water spot off Mountain, and to go check them out. Oh and swoop up some incense while you’re at it.

I have spent hundreds of dollars here since Feb. to avoid crowds due to the covid pandemic. Even though sometimes I would not go in as they don't care if people wore masks or not so the homeless flock to this place, and I didn't feel safe. Instead I would go right across the street to 7-11. I bought a tiny can of Lysol spray for $5 (over priced) and then when I got home it was leaking.... then It didn't even spray. I couldn't go back to talk with Roger because my car broke down. My car is now in it's graveyard sadly and yesterday I borrowed my roomie's car to take the Lysol back to the Shop & Go. I so didn't expect to be treated like they never me, they don't realize how much $$$$ I have spent here in the past 5 months. It was so insulting and over $5 he wouldn't even give me store credit. I was about to spend $20 for things and he didn't get it. I don't understand because he speaks English, and his wife was even standing there looking dumbfounded... so was his son. Over $5 and all I asked was for store credit because he sold me a broken product. And in the meantime, nobody him, wife and son were wearing masks. Unless you want to get sick or be sold something under par, I would not shop here. 7-11 is right across the street and Stater Bros too 2 blocks North. They will never see a penny from me or my friends and all because he doesn't understand customer service. Bye ROGER!

I had won on 3 Scratchers, and when i cashed them in the cashier cheated me on the amount i should have received. BE CAREFUL when you cash in winning scratch off tickets.

50 Cent charge to use your ATM card, no cash back. The sign that says they charge to use your card is posted in two locations were it isn't even visible to the customer and then they wanted say oh well it's posted right here. Be nice if the clerk said excuse me do you know there's a $0. 50 charge to use your card. Rude no customer service. Go to 7-Eleven across the street, better prices better customer service.
