I've been going to Superior for nearly 5 years and Joe and Mike take good care of my 2007 Toyota Tundra which is originally from New Hampshire with rust issues - they have given it a longer life and at 215000 miles it's still going strong! I highly recommend these mechanics for their education and dedication to each issue they have come up against with my truck. Reasonable prices and high quality products.

From giving an estimate to ensuring your safety as they do a complete safety check of your vehicle and let you know all that is needed to make sure that you are safe to be on the road for yourself and others around you. Been going to see Mike and Joe for over 12 years and every time I go whether it's been annually or not, it's as if I never been away. Same great service, Same great care!!! This is a one stop shop!

If it were at all possible to rate them 0 stars, I would. This company inflates prices, fixes things that don't need fixing, lies about what a car needs or doesn't need (unless they truly don't know anything about cars...that's possible), tries to steal your car from you, and takes advantage of senior citizens. My 80-year-old mother steadfastly insisted on bringing her car here because my father (who passed away more than 16 years ago) trusted them. My mom was cheated by them time and time again. Finally, her car finally completely died. The most recent incident involved them charging her almost $440 dollars to install a $150 battery that Mike claimed the car--which was inoperable--NEEDED in order to drive it into the well. Since the problem was not a dead battery, that already didn't make sense. Anyway, my mother had already decided to donate the car, and Mike told her that the car had to be operable to donate. (Not true). Before we knew about it, my mom had authorized the payment. Now she has an inoperable car with a new, overpriced battery. Anyone in the market? (jk) Anyway, this is just the tip of the iceberg. I can't even begin to explain everything that is wrong, wrong, wrong with this terrible business. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

Purchased a Groupon and made an appointment the day before. When I arrived for my appointment it was CLOSED. Called the number to check and received a message that it would be closed today. A complete WASTE of my time.

Dishonest mechanics who gouged me. I later found out that I was grossly overcharged for parts and service. Had my car towed there primarily because they advertise as specializing in Toyotas. He charged me over $2200! When I went over the same service and parts with a different mechanic, his estimate would have been only $1100! The dishonest mechanic also wanted to replace the calipers and routers front and back, flush the hydraulic system, and wanted to charge me $1320! I wanted a second opinion, and he gave me a hard time about picking me up so I could get my car back (he was very mean). I took my car to this other mechanic and he said I didn't need the calipers and routers in the back changed. So to change the front calipers, routers, and flush out the hydraulic system - only $248! I highly recommend Japanese Auto Tech in Upland.

I've been taking my cars here for years and the job is always done right, with attention to detail. Joe always gets it done in a timely manner and explains everything in detail, even shows me the old parts and why they were not working! Thanks guys for the great experience(s).

Took my 1998 Camry in because the battery was constantly being drained. Turns out there were a whole mess of electrical problems with it. Mike and Joe did good work and had great customer service. I drove it home the same day.
