Bought my first car here and had a lot of fun. I was catered to my specific needs without feeling forced at any point.The hospitality was A+ and I was made to feel very comfortable. Extra help was offered with regards to checking the car over and OBD readings etc etc.I went in with a budget and requirements in a car and also had done a bunch of research on which cars to look for and avoid which was greatly appreciated! It helped them help me.I had looked around a ton of other dealerships and everyone else made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable but Kosic was an excellent saleman.For context I’ve worked door to door for almost 4 years and have trained people out of bad sales tactics and poor habbits, Koisic was a gentlemen and very capable. From on expert to another I give him too marks!He’s very smart, we spoke about philosophy and life and family and health and related on our general interest is martial arts. The list goes on.10/10 - they helped me get my first car that was safe, affordable, and will help me take care of me specific needs. I feel confident getting into my car that the decision was good and it was a win win for both parties!

I bought Audi A4 2010 from them. But the car was broken down after 2months later. I changed almost everything which costed over $2500. Then I hoped it would be great. Again it happened now I need to change whole transmission for it. They sold me broken car because I do not have any knowledge about Audi. So terrible. Double Check the car that you liked.

Beware they are somewhat scammers they will put up there business face to get you to get a car, but be careful if they don't tell you much about the car and if they don't mention nothing about warranty DONT BUY THE CAR they might just be temporary fixed and once you drive off the lot they won't be responsible. That's what they did to us they offered us a great deal on a car almost to good and less then few a hours the check engine light turned on which where they repairs cost doubled what we paid for it. Talk about to good to be true , but also some comments here say the same thing where their car stops working, but I'm not saying to not go here but remember don't sleep on these types of dealerships

I had purchased a 2013 tdi passat from then. Day 3 of owning it my coolent light had gone off showing it was low. I plugged my code reader into the car to find out that there was a nox permanent code that was cleared before i purchased the car but not fixed. I took my car to a trusted mechanic to find out the car had been leaking for quite sometime and it was covered up. Also. None of the scheduled maintenance was completed. The timing belt did not get taken care of at 75000 miles nor did the transmission get serviced. Day 14 the car had sent a valve through the engine due to poor maintenance. practically totalling the car. I have not put 500 miles on the car and i'm about to dump $6000 to get it fixed. Absolute garbage. Needs aarms new tires. And aligntment also.

Yes best place to buy a reliable used car I would not go anywhere but Kosis Auto two cars first VW Jetta had for around 4years only reason do to foot needed automatic car so went back to KOSIC auto an now thay sold me a Honda Accord SE I would not go any place thank you Kosic Auto your The best bless your family thank you so much

I bought a truck in this place where they offered it to me as very good. They even talked about the safety of my family and that it had been for the personal use of the owners according to a girl named Andy who works there, well it turns out that on the second day the truck broke down. Turn it off while walking, I tried to communicate and the girl changed the phone within 1 month, the truck turned off 5 times WALKING!!!!, I took it to have it checked and the battery didn't work, the computer didn't work, where does the Switch go? The key didn't work, it didn't have any breaks, I changed the transmission oil and it still had the original filters, and so on endless details, I tried to talk to the owner to see if we could fix something and they flatly refused, just He started to claim that they were protected because they didn't sell it without a warranty, Andy even told me that these things could happen when buying a used car, hahaha IT'S NO USE TO GO TO A "SERIOUS" DEALER if it's the same as buying from a coyote Apart from what it cost me, I have already spent $2000 dollars more, there is no way it was my turn and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Be careful, the 5 stars are given to them by themselves. I guess because I read another review that something similar happened to them with this place.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The business owner, Aleksandra, shows zero compassion or care to her customers. She advertises her vehicles on Facebook marketplace and poorly represents them with misleading pictures. Her fleet of used cars belong in a junkyard, however she will picture them as if they are in excellent condition and lie to you about the condition that they are in, such as "No known problems" when there is plenty of paint peel and exterior/interior blemishes that fall beyond the line of her saying "normal wear and tear". Please take your business elsewhere, these types of business deserve to be exactly where they are, in a back alley hidden from the public.
