I had gone to visit with my family, Cynthia had helped us out, very kind, friendly, pretty girl who was so sweet towards my kids even after them being so indecisive, and to top it off she has a twin too! we had gotten her twin, we didn't catch her name but we had gotten confused between them both which was a good laugh because that's never happened to us before. She/they definitely made our experience at shoe palace a great one and I would definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Horrible customer service. I called in to see if they had an item in stock and the guy that answered did not want to help me at all when trying to describe the item he said no we don’t have it wanting to hang up right away. When asking if he could look in the system to see where I could find it he said he couldn’t without the sku number which i said I had then he says in a rude tone to hold on and places me on hold for several minutes and was very rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back multiple times but chose not to answer the phone. I didn’t get his name but it was around 10:20 am on 09/13/24 at citywalk location. If I could rate this a zero I would definitely do so. If you’re unhappy where you work don’t take it out on a customer.

Took 20 minutes to find the shoe then a huge queue with only 1 till open. Crazy bad service!

Amazing service from Angel. He did a great job finding sizes and suggesting styles to go with my clothes and siblings clothes. Would recommend talking to him if you need help with anything.

This is a cool shoe store shoping in heading out of Universal studios. I loved most of the shoes the shoes prices worth bad and i loved the store all in all I recommend going to this shop

I went yesterday to exchange a sweater , I got the same sweater but just the size wasn’t the right one , Tiffany gave us a return recipe, why would I have to give my name and phone number when I only want to exchange my item for a different size ? If they are going to interview me like that next time I’ll ask for my money back and got to another store .

Me and a friend came in to shoe palace on city walk for some shoes and one of the sales reps help us out her name is Carol her customer service was of the chain he got me to buy things that I normally don't get she was awesome and made my day I definitely recommend this shoe palace and Carol's she was the best

Best purchase I've made this whole Christmas Shopping week! The customer service was amazing. Kathy was so patient and kind grabbing any sizes we needed. Store was very clean and organized even though it's small.
