I used SV Direct for fulfillment of my sports history books for over two years. They were excellent, and I would gladly use them again. I don't remember one error in the over 1,000 orders they packed and shipped. Ana was my processing contact, and I appreciated I never had to deal with a new person who wasn't up to speed on my account. She never disappointed me. The owner, George, is a pleasure to work with. Actually a pleasure. The few times I went to his warehouse, we sat in the conference room and always relaxed while discussing the topic of the moment. He's soft spoken and very professional.

Silicon Valley Direct has been a crucial and valuable partner to us for nearly 8 years. George and his team of warehouse, shipping, technical programming, office, and account managers are knowledgeable and competent, as well as gracious and so very kind - the perfect blend of professional and personable. Over the years they have gone out of their way to accommodate the growing complexities of our inventory with hands-on assembly, warehousing, packing, shipping, and printing. We've used other fulfillment houses and there is a huge difference. We've not found anybody who offers the kind of individual service that Silicon Valley Direct does. These folks are great! My company has worked with them for 2+ years. They are responsive, detail oriented, and fast. Numerous times they have caught errors made by my company, and addressed them before they become problems. When you're moving fast, it's great to trust the folks you work with to have your back!
