It was an amazing experience. Damon was methodical and understanding of my wife's circumstances. He was not at all looking to rush us. He wanted us to find the perfect shoe. He really knows his merchandise and spent so much time with me, finding the shoes and insoles that were “just right” for me. He was very patient and kind. You couldn’t ask for better customer service. Their prices are reasonable and Fleet Feet’s return policy can’t be beat as well.
