This is a great little shop for all your rugby needs. The service is excellent and I was able to get a nice pair of cleats in size 14 which is usually hard to find.

I ordered shorts from Rugby City that were the wrong size. I returned them with the tag and without having worn them. I received $15 back and originally paid $45. I reached out to them multiple times and was not given a justification for the partial refund.

Got my scrum cap here and there’s a variety of rugby gear to choose from as well. Definitely a must stop if your playing rugby in the bay.

Customer service can be a little better.I understand that this is a family business but you can't expect to charge customers fully but give 1/2 the service.The person behind the counter needs to smile .No refunds accepted and unable to provide a receipt because the billing machine is down. Other than that,products sold here are genuine.I would like this store to stay as its unique to the Bay Area.

The only rugby specialty store in the Bay Area. I love this place. They have a great selection for international teams, and a good stock of rugby gear. The people seem knowledgeable and passionate about the sport. It really beats buying gear online and paying for international shipping! I'm a big believer of hands-on shopping, and with their large selection, it's very easy to find something that works for you.
