Updated 9 Weeks Later: This is no longer a 5 star review, and continues to decline. My feelings are beginning to sour. Fonzi promised all weather floor mats for my new car purchase, which I have still not received. When I reach out to Fonzi and he does get back to me he says ever the floor mats are still in transit. He has never reached out to me to keep me updated. When I reach out he is either off work that day or unresponsive. I feel this needs to be escalated. This is not a one off situation either because my brother purchased the same car from Fonzi a month earlier, and he is still waiting for his floor mats as well. Please help!!

0/10 they will have you schedule a time to see a vehicle, tell you its reserved, have you commute to purchase it only to tell you 10 min before your appointment that the car is no longer available.

Jerry was our salesman and was great to work with. We settled on a price over the phone and when we showed up to the lot Jerry had the truck ready for a seamless transaction. He was upfront about costs and made the buying experience easy and honest. Will not hesitate to buy from him again.

Deceiving, false advertising. They list a certain price online. They even confirmed the price over the phone. Once you are commited they add a $5,000 protecrion package to the sale price. They said package its already installed and nothing they can do about it. They need to disclose those things on the sale price online. kind of sad they wasted my time and they wated their time too.

I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a GMC or Buick. I arrived with my family and was quickly helped by Jony. Within 5 minutes he found the truck I wanted and we took it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. No pressure sales staff. And top tier service department. I wish more car dealerships could adopt this business model. I recently left a deal on the table at Irvine Toyota because of the b/s. Glad I ended up here. I got a really fair deal on my trade, finance rate and price. Thanks guys.
