“This is where I go to do all my used clothing donations these days. I appreciate that the Assistance League's mission is to ensure that people in the local community are taken care of. They are also nonprofit, nonpolitical, and nonsectarian which is great. When I give to charity, I'm just looking for a place that is just trying to help people in need. Not help them with a side of preaching, or only help those who are a particular denomination, or help people but also accept large sponsorships from shadowy conspiracy newspapers. A quick look at the Assistance League over at Charity Navigator shows that none of the 5 key positions draw a salary. Which is super good to see. I'm also not trying to donate to someone's 6-figure salary. There's a convenient donation bin outside is open from 10-2 on most days, which is important to know because, if you show up, and it's not a day where they're accepting donations, you're just gonna have to take that stuff back. They chain off the parking lot. Don't know about the shopping or buying experience much, as I've only poked my head in a couple times to look around, but the place does seem to be packed full of bargain hunters and people who could use some cheap threads. Happy to help make a difference in my local community.”

“This is NOT a typical Goodwill store! It is an upgraded secondhand store as it gives off a fashionable vibe. It is a clean store and was a great shopping experience.”

“I come shopping here for baby clothes from time to time and I've been able to find some cute stuff. Some things are a bit overpriced for second hand but they've had a sale every time I've been there that brings items down to a more reasonable amount. It's a good place to go if you're looking for clothes, shoes, or holiday decorations. I wouldn't recommend shopping there for toys because they're all a bit beat up.”
