I've had my wine at their storage in Newport Beach, very convenient location and access is easy with a phone call. Additionally, buying wine from them always a pleasure and the auction always has good choices.

Highly recommend Spectrum Wine! I contacted Spectrum on short notice because our wine cellar cooling unit was failing and we needed to move our wine somewhere safe, fast, before leaving on a long trip. Trish was able to confirm a same-day appointment to have our wine packed up, transported, and stored until our cellar is functioning again. They provided all of the boxes and packing materials, and were in and out with our 250 bottles within an hour. Trish kept us updated throughout the process, and we feel comfortable knowing our collection is safe for as long as we needed it stored. Flash forward to today, when I was able to easily schedule to have my wine brought back to my home, now that our cellar is up and running again. Simply amazing customer service all around--thank you, Spectrum!

Hi Amy, Your shipment of my wine arrived on Monday the 12th. Everything went smoothly, with no issues of any kind. In fact, it was great! Hats off to you and your shipping colleagues! The pallet was extremely well packaged, with no damage of any kind. And every case and every bottle tied EXACTLY to my records and all the invoices I received. With over 400 bottles of various sizes reflecting 60 different line items (!), the shipment tied EXACTLY to my records for each and every bottle. Amazing! Not a single discrepancy. Somebody has really got it together in your shipping department. Again, my hat is off to them. And Amy, my very sincere thank you for taking charge and leading the effort on this. You are on the top of my list of Great Customer Service! Thanks again! Bob G.

Isaias and Dallin came and were very careful, professional and considerate. They emptied our wine refrigerator in the garage packing carefully and our wine room to store at Spectrum Wine until our move. Very satisfied!

Spectrum Wine has a highly knowledgeable team that can assist you with the pricing of your consignments helping to achieving the highest sell rates. Great personal service, quick turnaround times on estimates and excellent follow up. I have personally used Spectrum Wine many times over the past few years and have always been happy with the results!

This was my first experience using an on line auction site to purchase wine.Naturally, I did a bit of research about the company to comfort myself before purchasing anything. (which I eventually did, and was the winning bidder)I was so impressed by their inspection procedures taken on each individual bottle or case(s) of wine. Every imaginable detail . Nothing overlooked .From temperature controlled warehousing until orders are shipped, cataloguing, capsule and cork inspection, neck tag notes. The list goes on and on. And the selections are so vast, it is mesmerizing.Being new to Spectrum Wines, I needed to speak with their customer service people a number of times, both at the retail and auction levels. They are the most gracious, kind, compliant and knowledgable group of people. It was a real pleasure conversing with them .This is definitely the place you want to be for your auction/retail needs..

I have been participating in auctions with Spectrum Wine for over two years. The lots in which I have won have been in great condition u0026 I've never had to make a complaint. The staff members are great, extremely helpful u0026 personable, especially Amy u0026 Trish. They always go the extra mile. Since I have been participating in auctions with Spectrum, I have not been auctioning with any other auction house. This is due to their large selection of wines u0026 spirits which are of great quality as they conduct a thorough inspection of the items to be placed for auction. Also, their website is very simplistic u0026 not complicated when placing bids. I will continue being a repeat customer. Sharon W

With greetings to wine tasters everywhere, let me share my recent experience with Spectrum Wine. I think this might be useful if you are considering the sale of your wine in return for cash. Let me describe my experience. My first and continuing contact was with Kerry Seaworth, a straightforward, informative, extremely reliable, and even kindly source of information. She advanced Spectrum's purchase proposal without delay, responded within minutes of my inquiries, unhesitatingly scheduled a time for Spectrum's review of the bottles in my cellar, and impeccably fulfilled the details of the transaction. As one who's been buying (and enjoying) significant quantities of wine since the 1970s, I regard her respect for customers as exceptional. Spectrum's agent for the wine and cellar inspection in my home was Christopher Weed. He combines a stellar resume with great practical knowledge, natural intelligence, and significant familiarity with the many wines he examined. This European educated young man is helpful, creative, precise and rapid in his cellar evaluation and removal of wine. While he did not manipulate the bottles with the same abandon as Tom Cruise in the movie "Cocktail," he had an amazingly brisk but delicate manual control of their examination. I can only conclude that Jason Boland, the President of this firm, and an individual with whom I have never communicated, must have an uncanny knack for personnel selection!
