Within seconds of calling an actual person answers the phone and helps you! The line is never more than a person or two long and they have a great little drug store. “Andrea, pharmacist was great. I showed up 10 minutes before closing. The first CVS pharmacy didn't have the antibiotics for my daughter. They were supposed to transfer the prescription to this pharmacy which they did not. Andrea stayed late, called the other CVS pharmacy to transfer the prescription, and took care of us so that I was able to start antibiotics for my daughter tonight. Very thankful for her kindness, patience and willingness to take extra step to take care of me.”

“I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. Lately it's very hard almost impossible to talk to a person. All handled by phone and by pressing this and that. What I hate about it is why is a refilled or ordered by Physician according to the phone recording will be ready in few days but in reality when I went there it's already there. “I have had no issues with the Pharmacy. The staff are always cordial and professional. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and courteous. Also, they will call to advise of any issues with prescription. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. This is my" go to" store for vaccinations. I use the CVS app to make an appointment. Very little wait time. I'm usually done in 5-10 minutes.My one star deduction is for the general store. Many of the popular medical supplies and/or OTC meds are often sold out. In fairness, most businesses are still struggling with inventory.”

“Melody was a great help this afternoon. Quick and easy visit at this CVS that sits in a bit of a dead zone from 17th street in between Yorba and Prospect. I like that CVS unlike it's competitors, still sells liquor. Dimly lit signage at night makes it hard to grab your attention from the street. We usually find ourselves here for quick drug store runs, or Modelo pairings with our favorite Taqueria, Taco Chico which is also in the same shopping center. Todays visit was the latter. The Raiders were on at 1:30p and I had just finished ordering up $40 of the finest Birria only a short stroll away. 12 pack and Trident in hand, Melody had me checked out in a breeze. Thanks CVS Tustin 17th team and Melody for a quick cerveza run.”

Yesterday I was helped by Karen who was the most friendly person I have ever interacted with there. “Always get my medication st this location. Today, was told my copay on a medication was $150 ish but when I asked DERRICK about Good Rx, he pulled out his personal phone and searched for me! “I have read some reviews for this location and surprise to see such negative reviewsThe location is a good and drive thru is not a hassle.Easy access!Every time the I've come in for my prescriptions the pharmacists and staff are good.I had issues with CVS, with all the bad service they gave me and to others, that's really shocking.I decided to switch pharmacy and chose this Walgreens location .To start off their app is easy access and notifies you.Not only that but you get a call, and if there's issues they help you out.The pharmacy at times when busy I've gone they greet and thank you for your patience when your in line.Also when stepping in, you get greeted.Today I spoke with a lady that her name sounded like Cheryl, but not sure. She we were discussing about my insurance coverage, not being accepted at Walgreens.She suggested RX coupon which which I have.I called back and the same lady answered.I wished I would of taken her name. She took her time and checked if there's a better price for what I for prescribed.After knowing the amount I'd payed out pocket.I decided I'm still going to stay do to service.I let Cheryl know how it's a good feeling to know that you're being taken care of, providing great service is very rare.I thanked her for what she did today.I had to come here and give credit when it's deserved.Yes, the customers might be interesting to look at, and at times can be questionable.The feeling of being acknowledged and given great service, now in days you just don't get.Overall whether it's for pharmacy or location.I'm satisfied with the service I receive when I walk in or even do drive thru. Pharmacy and staff are great.Remember the pharmacist can't control what your insurance accepts, and subscriptions they receive and don't have, it's out of their control.You can partner up with your doctor, insurance or pharmacy of what locations accept or have what you need.But remember it's a 24 hour pharmacy, most likely be busy and will be on the go.Just be patient and see what can be done if there's an issue.Thanks again Cheryl for you assisting me with my subscriptions.”

“We went to the pharmacy drive-thru tonight around 10pm, on a wet and rainy Wednesday to pick up my medicine. We were the 4th car in line so there were a bit of a wait. When it came our turn, the technician was cheerful and efficient, even at past 10pm. We paid cash for our meds, and she gave us our change in an envelope and she took the time to write a personal message on it. Thank you Miss, for your kindness, in an otherwise routine and impersonal transaction.”
