Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this location as my shipment was overpriced by a clerk and cost me instead of expected $150 or $200 for 5 regular size boxes $311. Initially, I agreed but then later I saw that clerk put $100 value on each box, five of them total so it came to $500 value even though I stated that I am not declaring any value. When I called them Rusty told me to call billing department without much asking. I have already tried to resolve it two times but their billing department was already closed today. I will try to call them again. I hope they will consider my concern. If I be able to resolve it i would gladly remove my rating as believe generally they are good.

I rarely need to use a print shop, typically reserved for graduations/celebrations, but when I do I always go to a FedEx. I was able to print 4 10x10 pics in less than 15 min. Mind you I came 30 min till closing and the folks here were able to process my order and finish my last minute grad pickets in a timely matter.

Alex and Jason were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the printing process. They went to great lengths to make sure my brochures were printed as accurately as possible, set up correctly, and cut perfectly, all while also helping other customers with their needs. I was highly impressed by their courteous and positive attitudes and so thankful for their hard work, skilled problem solving, and patience. They are exemplary employees and I will definitely be returning to their location for future printing needs. Thank you guys!

I went to another fedex place and regretted it until I came here. The guys here are so much more helpful. The guy knows his stuff. Walked me through the complex international shipping stuff that I just don't get. Took all the stress away from not knowing how to ship. I'm so glad I came here. This is what customer service should look like.

Great service. Matt and Alexis took great care of me suggesting the best shipping methods and box size at the lowest cost. I would drive to this location as the one nearest my home has terrible reviews (Barranca and Culver in Irvine). I was in and out in under 5 minutes. 5 Stars.
