Although this location is a bit janky (squeezed in a Nissan sales lot), the staff are quick and efficient when getting you on the road ASAP! The manager, Shannon, processed my reservation, toured the car letting me know how it operated, made sure the SIRIUS-XM was working, and sent me on my way in confidence. I'm glad she gently suggested the insurance package - the one EVERYONE SAYS NOT TO BUY.... - however the vehicle's windshield was hit by a rock during my travels. The ding was spiderwebbing terribly by the time I got back to the Tustin Autocenter location. Because I made the right decision to buy the insurance, I walked away without having to get my insurance involved and the hassles thereof. In my view, this was $$ well spent. Top tier service, clean vehicles, low pressure sales, and great follow through is what you get at this location and it's staff. An A+ experience.

Enterprise provided top notch service. The cost through Enterprise Plus is the best deal around. Brady was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had the best rental experience ever. Thank you Enterprise.

Enterprise did an outstanding job of providing me with a rental vehicle during a difficult time. They were very courteous and professional with guiding me through the process. Big shout out to Anice (sp) who was knowledgeable, and great to talk with.

How do you argue with the insurance company about their process? That's exactly what Lony. Pretty much told a 25 year experienced adjuster that they don't know what they're talking about. the assistant branch manager, which is what her title is needs to humble herself. I would suggest staring clear of this location. She is the worst argumentative thinks that she knows everything and on all occasions During this process and others was absolutely wrong about everything. 0% customer service 0% technique, 0% ability yet she walks around the little small location with her chest pumped out and will not listen to anyone except for her own voice. it is actually quite surprising that there is room for other employees in the location with her big ego. I've rented from enterprise on a few occasions when I've had issues with my car due to insurance And I've never had the experience that I had dealing with this location. It was insinuated that the debit card credit card that I was using could not be used, and the reason is because I might steal the car. I could go into so many other instances of them missing the mark, but I won't. I had a conversation with the general manager of this location and was gaslit that I will not experience this type of service moving forward in the transaction, and when I went to turn in the car... nope same shitty service from lony.

I gave it a 4star because of 2 people. The rest I was kind of disappointed. I reserved a Nissan kick and the time of booking it was available. Took 30mins to get picked up from the repair shop. And when i got to enterprise waited another 30minutes. The younger guy and the girl wasn't really friendly and just said wait for manager. Tyler is the manager and was a great help. He was showing me a different car and i was puzzle cause i did reserve a car but it wasnt ready. So he just gave me a different one with no other charge. He also have to restart the process because i few things was made in error but he did it very quick. When it's time to return car he also help me out which was very fast. The driver I got to drop off was amazing, older gentlemen that looks like filipino but his mexican. Very friendly and he knows his way around and made me feel at ease. So this two people made it worth it compare to the 3 people early on.

Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out to return was great. Staff (especially Robert/RJ) was thorough and friendly.

Location is within walking distance from all dealerships and body shops in AutoCenter. Small outfit so car selection is limited. Once on return, the guy check the trunk to make sure the spare and jack are there…made me feel like a thief, that’s not cool.

The car given to me had malfunctioning cruise control. It often falsely sensed a collision and slammed the brakes on the freeway. Made a 400 mile drive a bit too long. I paid for a car with CC, but didn't get one.

We will not be supporting this business. I booked a rental online, and the associate told me to bring my ID. They specifically told me I don't need to show proof of employment or anything else. The store manager, Shannon Chiascione would not rent it to me without me showing a business card. We've never had issues and felt like they didn't trust us. We will be reported this to corporate. Ended up going next door to Hertz where we got a better rate. So it worked out. Enterprise, we will never do business with you and Shannon.

I am thankful Hyundai Tustin uses Enterprise for car rentals. I had work done on my car at Hyundai and was given a rental reservation. When I arrived at Enterprise they were swamped with customers and I thought I would be waiting a long time to check in. Not so. The team at Enterprise swiftly took care of the customers and had them on their way. I am still thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism they exhibited with each and every customer. Yes, I will always consider Enterprise first should I need a rental again. Thank you Enterprise Tustin Ranch!

Do you not rent a car from these people this Enterprise location is horrible. The designers they trying to upsell you and make you wait the multiple times a bad experience with these people.

Amazing Amazing service from Tim. He was helpful and patient to get my rent a car and help me through my insurance claim. Really appreciate his dedication to the company
