Got off a 12 hr shift came in and ordered a turkey egg cheese croissant w mayo. Lady informs me they dont serve any mayo at this location. I dont know how ye make sandwiches without any mayo but ok. My order comes out, and instead of turkey its weird turkey breakfast sausage. The lady says “but its not pork” like ok but still off by a mile …., just got off a 12 hr shift, dont feel like being the jerk and arguing w a group of women, so i take my dry, un-sauced mystery meat sandwich to go, never to return to this dunkins.

Its dunkin. I like it. My recent trip was good. But not liking the display of passive aggressive notes for employees reminding them to work every time they walk by, its giving slaver environment. Having a giant sign that states "STAY BUSY" in common working area is already bad enough but it being in clear view of patrons in the drive-thru is just bad manners. Not impressed, there are better ways to communicate effective working habits to your team. It makes me wonder how the crew member is treated by management honestly. Boo. Do better.

I got a bagel with cream cheese That somehow tasted artificial I don't know how you do that To a bagel, I also got a hot that tastes like if someone made it and they hated hot chocolate. It tasted more like plastic than anything else. And I asked for a 1/2 dozen random donuts. I happened to randomly slice the jelly donut and half no Jelly, so I ask why is everything so terrible and fake tasting at Dunkin'? It's like if someone was trying to replicate food by starting with chemicals and Plastic. I ended up throwing it out all of it, A complete waste of money, I will never go back.

Service was terrible. Waited in line with my toddler and another customer behind me just cut in front of when we were getting ready to order and the employees didn’t say or do anything. After eating a donut and asking for the code to empty restroom, employee decided not to give me the code and made me wait until he was ready to enter it himself. Will not be visiting this location again.

These places are super clean. Nested in the south tustin area, near the train station ?, this area is clean, organized, and open early in the morning, inviting and visited by friendly people. Inside, super clean, somewhat busy, lots of sitting areas, and available wifi. Drinks and donuts ? were superb!

Expensive... Small Capuchino is almost $5.00 and only gets half of the cup filled with coffee and the other 1/4 it's foam.

Takes forever to get the drink. Some staff just stood around while only one staff was taking order, making drinks and delivering donut.

Ordered a cold brew coffee via drive thru and was promptly greeted with a "What can I get you?" After perusing through the menu, I placed my order and waited 5 minutes tops. The only thing is they put way too much ice in my drink. So much that when I tried to insert my straw, it couldn't penetrate through. At least they were quick and convenient. Something to remember for the next time I visit.I've been inside before: clean and cozy. A/C running frigid cold with a bar top for those who need an impromptu workspace. Haven't seen it completely full inside before since most of their customers are on-the-go. They have the classic layout where you can go up to the front and see the donuts before you purchase them.

I don't understand why this location has such poor reviews but when it comes to service I am always so pleased with how courteous the staff and management teams are here. Thank you for always making a simple iced coffee order such a delight to make. I want to particularly acknowledge Bella the shift supervisor for going out of her way to make a drive thru experience memorable. Sometimes a simple gesture of kindness and a warm smile have great impact. Thanks for making my day Bella! And my coffee was AMAZING!

I don’t know why it takes them so long to put a couple of donuts in a box. I was car number 4 in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for a half dozen donuts. And they put different donuts in the box than the ones I asked for. Not coming back.
