I had the pleasure of joining in on a Tuesday community class. If you ever get a chance to visit this studio, DO IT! The owner is welcoming to all yogi's. I would rate this place above 5 stars!

Really enjoy going to this studio for hot yoga when I am in town visiting family! I think they could definitely add more time slot options & still have a full class

All classes are all levels. Everyone is encouraged to have a beginners mindset. Practitioners are led with clear instruction, guided with hands on assists and encouraged to have a playful, and adventurous curiosity in each class. Each class will deliver thought provoking messages, meditation and personal inquiry. Teachers share their experiences and lead from passion and purpose.
