beware, spoke with an agent to cancel services and one of there agents offerd me to purchase a galaxy tab A7 for $35, I said ok cool. agent did not disclose anything besides purchase of tablet for being eligible ... come to find out he signed me up for a phone line and a two year contract without disclosing that, spoke with management and they couldn't do anything I said can't you listen to the conversation and see that I never agreed to this.... worst company worst service. they sent me to collections. and I just want everyone to know they are a SCAM. a company this big doesn't stand behind scams like this everyone run.

horrible store. need more workers or something. taking up over an hour waiting just to pick up a router they don't help at all. they just keep talking to customers chatting it up and don't care.

Extremely Rude sales associate. Noel was the worst and the rudest sales person I had to deal with in my entire life. Finally I was able to get a hold of billing department and they were able to help me over the phone. You would think it is more convenient to go to your local store and ask for help, but I was totally wrong. Spectrum needs to place professional associates to be able to promote their products other than helping people to leave their stores. Now was an example of an associate with a horrible manner and behavior.

Very rude people just to return equipment had to check in and all I wanted to do was cancel my service. Been with this company for over 34 yrs. What happened to old fashion service kindness and courteous people who care not rude ones. Computers are taking over and that is too much.

My billing just go up without letting me know , it turns out my promotion should be ended until 2024 but they bill me the regular charges.

Came to trade for updated modem. they did not give me the ethernet cable live very far away. I have to turn around and go back.

I have had a consistent problems ever since Spectrum TV & Internet were installed several years ago and those are as follow: The volume is ALWAYS going in and out and not on any one specific channel and I am CONTINUALLY losing my internet connection. No amount of complaint calls, trouble shooting phone sessions or technicians sent out to my home have EVER eliminated either of these problems. I am not happy that Spectrum is unable to fix either of these problems AND the only service they actually seem to offer is raising their prices! *smh

I made an appointment and after we checked in we had about a 5 minute wait. The store is clean and laid out nicely. The sales staff were all very helpful, and got my mom exactly the phone she needed that is easy to use and affordable for her! They transferred her info within a few minutes, and we walked out with huge, relieved smiles on our faces. So much easier than either of us anticipated!

Honestly. Worst internet provider I've ever had. Choppy, no-good connection constantly. Drops completely at least 6 times a day. I end up using my mobile hotspot more than this. They've replaced my router twice. My modem twice. Switching to ATT

No employees to assist you, you can sign into the kiosk to check in but it doesn't really matter because they don't follow and only help those who ever complain the most about the wait time. There's at least 15 people in line and only one employee for the first 4 hours of opening. The employees leaves others at the counter to assist those complaining not realizing he's just stretching out the wait time by trying to help everyone at once.

Very disgusted because I cannot get a live person to talk to me on the phone. So I came to the office today with a roomful of people waiting to be called by one or two clerks.I upgraded my service so that I could record shows. I'm not getting proper service and I'm extremely unhappy. If I could have given you a zero I would have done it.

We cancelled our internet service 45 days ago & now I'm still trying to get billed for no service. Not ok. Trying calling but they transfer call & the call hangs up.

Customer service at this location has always been top notch when I've unfortunately had to go into the store. I won't complain that the internet and TV service is expensive but I will tell you I've saved a ton switching from Verizon and their mobile service works just as well.
