Today’s experience was wonderful! Both team members were very cheerful and had genuine smiles! They both had a great attitude!
I really appreciate that the person directing the cars into the wash took the time to carefully spray down the front, which had a lot of bugs.

Do NOT let the employees make you get close to the other cars, their tracking system is jacked up! The car in front of me was coming at me backwards and the truck behind me was pushed into my car bumper! Thank God I took pictures and videos. Yeah they offered to pay for the damage but not without attitude from Rebecca Lee. She tells you where you need to take the car and treats you like crap like if it's your fault! Warning always record while going through the wash at all angles and GOOD LUCK! Oh and btw the more than half of their vacuums are broken or don't work right. Definitely don't recommend anyone to go here.

I'm a regular here. Great place to keep my car clean. There was an accident there where the truck in front of me was stopped and my car pushed into them and Mister seems to be taking care of all my damages. Hopefully everything continues to go well. Got my estimate to fix it today.

I have a rack on top of my car which makes it hard for it to get good and clean not to mention waxed. They let me go through as many times as I wanted to get a good job on my car.

Nice clean car wash. But, what the heck? I paid for the most expensive car wash and my car is still dirty from the outside! Never again. I can pay 22 bucks over at the hand car wash by Walmart and get a better result than this place. How do I get my money back?

$22 for a car wash is ridiculous! Not even a pre scrub wash or hand towel dry service at the end and they even have the audacity to ask for a tip when you first pay! What am I tipping you for?!? Putting my card in the machine one ft away from me? I’m sorry but this was a major turn off! Car wash wasn’t even that great had to get out hand dry it myself and windex the windows when I got home!
