I can tell you I will never buy a refrigerator from Lowes again. Only a little over a year old Samsung and bought the extra warranty and it went out yesterday and they tell us it will be at least 7 to 8 days before someone can even come out to look at it. Not exceptable.

Tried calling before driving to see if they had something. Phone rang for 10 minutes and no one ever picked up! There is never a reason for a phone to ring for 10 minutes and an employee never pick upDO BETTER LOWES!!!

We have used lowes in turlock for a couple projects in the past and never really had a problem however we just recently contracted for a Vinyl fence for our pool and it has been a nightmare. Danielle came out and measured and ordered the product. However she forgot to order the gate she also ordered wrong post's and not enough fence panels. We contracted on October 11..the installer came out on November 7th and installed the fence 4 inches away from the concrete due to one panel being a little short.he never asked me first he just took it opon himself to do it instead of asking. I told him we didn't want it that way once i realized that it was that far off i also contacted Danielle about this she said she would take care of it.today is November 25 and we are still waiting. I have tried contacting her by phone no answer and no response to my texts either. I've called corporate at least 10 times and it's always the some things I'll email this person or that person and nothing happens.this has truly been a nightmare. I will never due bissness with this place again. Going to cancel my account with them too.

This is for Turlock store, I have a pro business account with Lowe's this morning I purchased epoxy resin for $74.99 and when I took it to work I found out that Walmart has a same exact product for $47.99 and since I knew Lowe's advertising the price guarantee all over the media ,I contacted the store and explained everything to customer service representative after she verified the price from Walmart she put me on hold then she told me that because it is online and they don't have it in store she can't do anything and when I ask for manager she said that manager told her the same thing but I told her that I need to talk to manager because what I saw in their policy it is for both store and online, anyway make the long story short I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then they just hang out the phone not once twice they did the same and left me on hold and never get a chance to talk to manager .I believe As a customer and someone that spend money in that store I don't deserve to be treated like that, that behavior was total disrespectful .even if I was wrong about price guarantee the manager could have answered me and explained it to me, lam really disappointed because I been a loyal customer of that store since they opened and now after almost 20yrs going to that store,I have to reconsider about where to spend my money.

Just called Lowes and spoke on the phone with an employee. The employee sounded irritated with me, and hung up without saying anything. The employee seemed upset at the fact that I had technical difficulties for a minute and asked her to hold on. The entire call was no longer than 4 minutes. People getting upset for minuscule reasons is ridiculous.

Service not what it used to be. Not all of them but atleast 50% of the workers act like they work at Home Depot. When there is a good sale on a holiday week they purposely don't put up sale prices on heavy or hard to reach items. Probably don't want to deal with it. Unacceptable
