If you're looking for power tools , hand tools this is your spot. If you actually need someone to open the gate for you good luck hope your have 30min plus and patience, asked 3 different times to have some one unlock it , got attitude like I'm bothering them and not actually sure if they placed the call to have tool prison unlocked. I remedied the issue by going 1.5 blocks over to Lowe's. Paid 10 dollars less and didn't have to beg to have the tool unlocked. Home Depot get you me Sh@& together all Home Depot seem to be operating like this.

It ok for real contractor. Staff is up to dealing with some household repairs. It's the amount of merchandise in the store, thats the problem. They may have a pallets worth but after that you can't find what you bought last week. So figure out the amount you need to finish the job for or you'll find they can't or won't be able to get more of the same product ? you bought a week or more ago. If you know what you you'll be fine.

These 5 stars are for Donna in the lumber department. My 72 year old husband needed help grabbing 4x4s and 6' posts. There were three younger guys who were busy talking to each other and didn't seem to notice or care that we were struggling to get the lumber off the shelf. By the time we got to the register my husband's hands and arms were bleeding. Donna didn't hesitate to take him over to another area and actually wipe the blood off his hands and bandaged him up. She was genuinely concerned and felt bad that no one offered to help him. We need more people like Donna who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Donna for being an asset to Home Depot!

We had the worst experience ever purchasing appliances from Home Depot. We spent over $5,000 buying all new appliances and they came damaged and did not fit some spots (our fault) but the people delivering did not tell us we had to reject the product to get it returned that day. Long story short, we ended up returning everything and buying from Lowe's instead. Do not buy Samsung appliances they are terrible! Also Home Depot has terrible customer service. I will not be returning there after being a long time customer. I will be a Lowe's shopper now!

Jonathan helped load bags of rocks for us. We had to go back a second time because we didn't get enough. Both times he was very helpful, fast and did it with a smile on his face. Our experience was extremely nice.

Staff are always helpful and explain things except garden area checkout staff are usually short and dry, last few times on their phone. The info on the website aisle numbers and locations sometimes dont match the store and neither do the pictures to the product but staff helped show and explain. The kids have fun coming to look at all the things and get little tools or plants.
