My mom is 80 years old so she takes a little more time to be helped and I just wanted to say thank you to the service she received from young lady by the name of Fatima. She has a great smile and in this day and time due to many challenges its hard to find people who have a kind demeanor. Thanks to TJ Maxx for choosing a great representation of kindness.”

“This review is especially for the electronic department only. My daughters and I came in the afternoon to purchase a video game, and had planned to pay with dollar bills/a ton of change. We were a bit nervous to bring out all the change we had and see the reaction of the associate. But to our surprise, the associate 'Logan' was so patient with the long process of gathering all the coins. As a few customers would line up and put a bit of pressure on us he would reassure us not to worry and that it was not a bother. We've encountered very impatient, rude people at other retail stores when using piggy bank money in the past. He was very empathetic, thoughtful, and had great suggestions about other electronics. Such a calm aura and a personality that was very nice to be around. Kindness goes a long ways. Thanks again Logan!”

“I went to Walmart on Geer Rd last week, I’m very disabled and this wonderful young man named Alex helped me in to the store. He went to look for an electric cart but there wasn’t one. Then he helped me with my groceries, put them in my car. He is one of the nicest, caring man. Please make sure you tell him he is doing a great job. It really is a shame you don’t allow tips.”

“I was able to get all the items on my list. Went through self checkout quickly and then out the door past the receipt checker without being hassled about showing the receipt. The only thing that stops me from giving five stars is the amount of product they had on pallets in the aisles. I know they have to restock, but it seems like this location is always in this state. Not that big of a deal though, but sometimes it makes it tricky to navigate with a cart.”
“There was an associate her name was Lauren and she really helped me in men's to pick the right size and help me find every thing I needed and walked me to the check out and made sure I got checked out correctly.she is great.”
